I've found that botrk first item works better than hydra in certain matchups. It had given me better results against Camille, Sett and Volibear for example, masters elo.

I could totally see it being better against sett and voli! Although, does it hurt much if you do a bit stupid thing and build tiamat first for wave clearly and then straight up bork
