Nonetheless yes this game is all about the Africa War and it will be the ultimate decider in this game.
This game will show why you MUST win Africa in some Hearts of Iron 4 games and it also shows how bad fighting in Africa is due to supply.
Africa became the MAIN front in this World War 2, so get ready, cause we're about to make Rommel jealous of this Africa Campaign in Hearts of Iron 4.

Building mils and convertinf them to civs works on japan, you get total mob plus zaibatsu, at least base game, which gives you mil construction buff and civ construction debuff

What do they mean CA's don't count as capital ship's? They've always been capital ship. Must be a mod specific thing.

They are right tho, it's the same in vanilla. Designers get based on hulls, so Cruiser and Destroyer hulls count as screens, heavy hulls (BB, SHBB and BC) count as Capital ships. Ofc Heavy cruisers fire from the second battleline in a naval battle and are called capital ships, but they aren't in the designer.

@@sheikranl3949 You are wrong. In vanilla, designers are based on the armament type installed in the primary armament slot. Either a light armament/torpedo which is for DD's, CL's & subs or heavy armament/plane which is CA's, BC's, BB's, SHBB's & CV's. Heavy Cruisers specifically do get the bonuses from designers but aren't mentioned as a seperate entity like carriers when it comes to it's designers. Unless of course they recently changed this after my PC died last week.
