As a young man, I remember was always being told that I had to be the one to fall head over heels over a woman because that’d somehow show that I was worth marrying. But now if I don’t receive the same effort I put in back, I stop. Like me, a lot of people are tired of carrying the whole relationship

Yeahh was on the giving end of this kind of long term relationship and job as well as being forced into a few things I didn't fully agree with. Never fully appreciated and overworking for my share. Had to rebuild my own passions and personal identity for sure. But it does get so much better after plenty of new experiences after the fact! Took a few years, but now I'm happier than ever with big and simple things. It's liberating to enjoy your own company. Great timing on this video for my chaotic life rn. I'm not chaotic but I did have a relationship where I felt strongly that I wanted to lose myself in this girl but she was put off by it and that rejection hurt. Made me feel like I was too much. But on the bright side it made me do some reflecting and later understood that I had been vulnerable at that time and for me to want to lose myself in her was a sort of attempt at an escape from where I was in my life. Since then I have managed to make myself whole and be content and satisfied just within myself.

Therapy session : I am a sensative person for people I really like I feel everything their Aura their energy their presence. When they feel down I worry to much and if this go long enough I care really much but some people are not with the same intentions like me and then people see that I am obsessed but its not I just wanna help and be there for that person, its dangerous nowadays cause a lot of people can make that their benefit and use me so when I need to cut of connections I just need time to get over it sometimes I need to ignore this person for 4 weeks or 3 weeks I just figured out that I am really mentally strong guy that can kill something that need to be forgotten or to hide it in a chest in my head. I am so happy that I can do this today I talked to her again and I heard on her voice that she missed me.

I just don't understand why do people's desires get fulfilled in the moment when they least deserve it or not even longing for it. Later, when things don't go our way, those same so called materialistic desires are labelled as curse and people are asked to wait further for the right time. If the creator already knows that it was not the right time earlier why did he trap us in the first place? What's wrong with consistency of this universe? If this leads to personal growth it's hollow and worthless when there's no trust and commitment This paradox of life makes me wish I could disappear from the world because people won't be able to get that I don't have anything to talk with you anymore

Could you describe what you understand by saying "chaotic"? Because I can see myself as the people you're describing, but I don't consider myself "chaotic". I've never been in a relationship, but I see me giving all of me to my friends, and to the people I love. I need to know how they feel, I need to be there if they need me and I need them to know. But at the same time I think I have a very strategic mind, I have to phrase things in my head five times before saying it out loud because I take in count all the ways something can be interpretated (this might be obsessive more than strategic, but the thing is that I think I have a pretty logic mind xd)

Le sujet m'a fait penser à une mère qui donne tout son temps, toute son énergie et toute son âme à sa famille, au point où cela la vide ; au point où elle "n'existe plus", quasiment. Elle est entourée de gens qui ne l'aident pas, et c'est son fils qui l'écoute, l'assiste et la guide au lieu de son mari. Son mari n'a pas conscience du travail colossale qu'elle abat chaque jour, et bien qu'il aime ses enfants et sa femme, il ne connaîtrait même pas la couleur préférée de l'un d'eux. Il montre plus de sentiments envers sa voiture qu'envers eux. Je crains qu'elle ne reste avec lui pour éviter aux enfants de souffrir. Cette mère a toujours tout fait pour les autres et a souvent été gravement déçue. J'imagine que les gens prennent sa bonté pour de la faiblesse ; j'en suis convaincu bien que sans preuve. En tout cas, elle la donne toujours malgré tout. Pourrais-tu faire une vidéo similaire pour potentiellement l'aider à changer ? Je ne sais pas expliquer pourquoi, mais je t'en sens capable.
