honestly think boss kim should have her own show! her company and the values she runs them on is why its so successful. I dont even like fashion that much but thats how much of a fan I've become of of Boss Kim.

I was shocked to see how bored the others bosses were during Esteem's segment! It's the most fascinating one for me, I love seeing the process behind art and fashion, much more than watching other people eat food lol, I guess I don't have that sort of mukbang enthusiasm. Those bags turned out so cute, I would pay good money for that khakhi one!!

C.E.O Kim is a really important person in the show. She is the real definition of a boss and a leader. She knows what she is doing. She sees every detail. She is like a mother to her employees. Every person who dream to own their businesses in the future can learn from her. Every single episode she was in, there were always be a value for the bosses of the future. I am looking forward for more episodes of her.

*I thought my family is a cheapskate. When in reality, they're just environmentally conscious.* Me and my siblings grew up buying clothes once a year. When the clothes gets older or not much presentable, we make them as our "pambahay" or clothes you only wear at home. If it doesn't fit us anymore, we will pass the clothes to a younger sibling or a family friend. Some will also be made as table covers, bags or pillow cases. When it gets much older, we make those clothes as rugs. I had this 5 yrs old shirt that got stained and my mom made it into a kitchen rug. It's been 5 yrs since we've used it as a rug and it's still being used. Imagine we've been using it for 10 yrs. If it gets really old, we'll probably make it into a rope or something.

This is why thrifting is life!

Honestly though, CEO Kim is the most powerful boss on that table. Like an actual CEO whose scale is just different from the others they bring in. They call a restaurant owner a ssajangnim as well. It’s respectable don’t get me wrong. But Boss Kim is the actual one who exercise the actual executive functions that people spend years learning in Business School.

It's nice to see a company reflect on the ethics of their impact

The real job out there is like what ceo kim did, people struggle like that, working psychically tiring work, and these male are bored by it because it's not eating. How privileged to eat as part of the job happily and watching people eat and comment and got money.

Boss Kim and Boss Yang are by far, the most interesting and educational participants on this show. I can't recall the amounts of times I've learned something new just by watching their segments.

With all the scandal that surrounds the fashion world Boss Kim is a breath of fresh air that shows an earnest and honest part about working in the industry. Please give Boss Kim her own show, or at least consider it. I’m sure that there’s a lot of demographics that can appeal to it. Esteem HWAITING!

It was so funny for me. I can't believe he asked her out on the comments. The poor guy got lowkey rejected tho 😂 Boss Kim replied she doesn't have time for marriage. But I don't know now. They look much closer nowadays. When I read that before, I thought they would be awkward with each other after that but I think they actually got much closer. At first i think model have high standard for their clothes (branded one) and secondhand clothes would never across their mind. But Bae Jungnam show me that model also use secondhand things and give it new and high value to it. And now i see Boss Kim also doing the same and made me amazed again and again.

How awesome! This is similar to what I do for a living and seeing people like this doing the same is honestly really encouraging. My friends and family see it as just digging through trash and constantly tell me what I'm doing isn't "A rEaL JoB" but when I try to explain upcycling and being environmentally conscious it's just in one ear out the other 😢

This is first time i saw this show and i really wanted join this team with up cycled bag project because i used to make up cycled bag out of pants, shirts, all kind of cloths.... I made more than 200 of them sold at the Christmas show. peoples loved it because it is one of kind.... i am living in Hawaii now but someday i wish i can continue to make it also i can show my creation to you guys....
