Going till I see it, Tank talon. Stride or Iceborn, Thorn, Hydra, Cleaver, Then your choice of Gage or Maw. If you're feeling like going extra tanky though a Dead man's or a Visage isn't a bad choice. Your choice of runes with Grasp or Conq too

Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.

Lets say you have 400ap. Rift makes your ap go up to 9% over time so thats 436 damage then. Then you deal 400ap dmg and 36 true dmg. That how it works i believe.

The explanation on the item is pretty self explanatory. For each second in combat with champions, deal 3% bonus damage, stacking up to 3 times for a maximum of 9%. While this effect is fully stacked, convert 100% of the bonus damage into true damage. So, you receive bonus damage (I think it takes all sources of damage, ap+ad+true damage), and, when you receive the maximum 9% bonus damage, the bonus 9% bonus damage is true damage.

Please tell me I wasn't the only one screaming at the screen saying q at 2:35 like everyone else was? He had the stun for 5 seconds and still threw his w before he threw his cue while standing in a wave and a half of minions. I'm not judging it's just when you see your ability up for a son while standing and I'm wave and a half of minions and ignite still up and not using your stun you scream at the screen a little bit

To be clear I'm not complaining yeah I know it's hindsight 20/20. It's just well watching and seeing him jump into you in a wave for half of your own minions and his own blade that he has to be back to is behind you and you don't q him. Is the only reason I want to complaining not anything to do with your gameplay or game knowledge or game skill just my viewing experience and how I felt at that time.
