seems ur mistaken any sort of resisting is not following the orders of whichever officer that is at the scene , also u can clearly see the suspect is not putting his hand behind his back and there is no context of what happend before this situation leading up to the footage edit:the officer who tased himself got me dead

my younger brother thought he was cute and funny too, trolling people in public for his youtube channel, making people mad, especially older people. well...in 2015, he made the wrong guy mad. he kept tapping the back of his car with his hand and the guy finally said "will you PLEASE just leave me alone???", but he didn't. so, finally the guy just threw the car into reverse and backed over him. my brother didn't think he'd actually do it, but he did. he ran him over, crushing his left leg and severely injuring his right one. then he got out of the car, picked up my brother's phone, and drove away. they never caught the guy. he was driving a black Dodge Ram, but my brother didn't know the model or the license plate. he just remembered it was a Pennsylvania plate, which is several states over. my brother is in a wheelchair permanently, and the guy got away with it. we don't know why he did it. i guess he just had enough, and he snapped. guys, don't go out trolling people. seriously. you never know what kind of nut you're dealing with. it's just not funny or worth it.

The store worker in the last clip is lucky she's not in jail. You're not allowed to touch other people, even when they're trespassing. She should have called the cops, not tried to _be_ the cops.

Why do regular people gaf what someone else is doing? They’re risking their lives for merchandise that doesn’t have anything to do with them. Who cares if Walmart or Walgreens loses a few items? Here are a couple of answers I came up with in a matter of seconds... 1. When a store gets stolen from, the price is passed onto the customer, not the owner. The owner gets his dough before anybody else. 2. It's called having values and morals. If you see something wrong, speak up. Do what's right. Don't be a coward. 3. You can't trust a thief. They will steal from anybody!...
