For this format where champions from the same region meet, I only used voice lines from their basic skin.

Like if he's mad, attack the mageseekers, not litterally rallying an entire rebel mages and raiders and acting like a total asshole to the point that it makes it look like he's the actual Villain

It’s new in League, only appeared after galio’s rework. Essentially galio can only move when his petricite is sufficiently saturated with magic. Usually this has to be dozens, if not hundreds of mages, and usually such mages are part of the enemy army. Lux is so powerful she can make galio able to move on her own just by being nearby.
