When Did My Tortoise Become An Artist?

After visiting the Best Friends Animal Society Roadhouse and Sanctuary in Utah I thought I'd return home and try something new I saw: Tortoise Painting! This wasn't Tiptoe's first time behind a canvas, but it was his first time directly contacting the canvas with tortoise friendly paint. What he lacks in experience he makes up for in creativity!

I had to laugh when he was eating the grass and he stopped because he smelled the lettuce. The look when he saw it was priceless! He has personality plus!

LOL My Grandchild & I watch all the time. We enjoy Tiptoe & laughed at his antics today. This was fun. Tiptoe is so unpredictable which is fun too. We couldn't believe you were wearing white to paint with an animal. LOL That yellow rose was beautiful! We love Tiptoe!!!

Hey Caitlin. Now THIS is realy videos that aer needed and the fact that you point this fact out is realy realy great! They are not robots that we program, they are living contious creatures that has a will of their own! IF you bring a life into your care you have to be aware of this, they dont always do as you plan as they have a will of their own! Absolutely love this idea. Our tortoise is still small so maybe when she gets older my son will want to do it. I once had my dog paint paw prints when I was in highschool and it was definitely hard to get her to cooperate. I ended up just grabbing a paw and putting a couple prints on the canvas. Maybe you can get a smaller canvas and help him put a print on the canvas. Love your channel

Last August we got us an African Sulcata hatchling named Peanut. We are not pet people and never wanted dogs or cats, but we are in love with our little Peanut! Peanut is one of the best things we ever did. We enjoy all of Tiptoes content! And Im shocked to see a bit of Picaso?

Tiptoe is a temperamental artist 🎨 Grace is a cutie pie 💓! My Cookie a Pitbull too is very grouchy now. She will be 13yrs old May 20. I rescued her from a dog fighting ring in Phoenix. I feel now she is reliving those HORRIBLE days dog fighting. I have had her for 10yrs. My baby. Joan ❤❤❤

They have panel canvases that are super sturdy and they are not thick at all. He would be able to crawl right over them with almost no problem. It may be better than a framed canvas? But again he might not be in a painting mood when you try it again sometime. Prints would be cool to have if you sold them, I would love to buy one!! Btw Squirrel 😂❤

I would get 2-3 canvases in front of each other . Then glob colors on each canvases. After which have family members hold up wooden panels on either side and coax T with food to walk across the canvases.
