Start getting concerned when he can't dump truck defenders anymore.

Taysom has given us some exciting moments. I am afraid it won't happen, but I want to see him in a playoff game or two. I would like to see 10 -15 plays designed for Taysom in a couple of big games. I believe 32 teams would love to have a Taysom problem.

Hopefully kubiak can do more with this guy and dream up better plays than running into an 8-man front on 3rd and short!!!

Give him credit though he converts that 3rd down 4 out of 5 times regardless of how many stack up to try to stop it

They used him badly last season

the biggest crux that many of us here have is the whole versatility word...many think he's versatile at many positions (you 2), and can be a wildcat running QB. Others of us feel that he can still start and his versatility is seen in 2 main places solely in the QB role...the SEA game last year where he went nuts and also the Chargers preseason game in 2019 out there where he ran all over the place and had 2 passing scores. Face it if you want a violent runner between the tackles on 3rd and short, go draft a Chris Ivory version 2.0 in the 6th round. Sadly, you didn't ask the biggest question, meaning what does the opposing DC do when he lines up as QB with 4 spread, as compared to what the DC does when Carr or Jamies or Peterman has 4-5 WR lined up?

Talk about trading him...if Fields went for a 6th rounder that's the most you'll get in a trade...so a guy who (can) score 4x per week is only worth that? Tires are getting worn on ALvin and there's no talk of a trade even with Jamaal in the house

And stop trying to put Fields or any of the others into a Taysom role, as none of them can take the pounding that Taysom can

I’d rep him for 1/3 of the standard fee…. Taysom and Alvin in the backfield, yes at WB, with 4 WR spread… RPO run Hit the slant Hit the deep shot Find me a D that could stop him Underhill said himself that the saints never really gave him a full chance to succeed here

Turn Hill into McCaffrey, why not?....Or, we could get behind Dennis Allen's thinking of keeping arguably our best player on the bench.

Be concerned when he starts playing like his age. Would really love if the Saints Draft Bowers in the first though. That’s more of a threat to Johnson or Moreau than Taysom in my opinion.

This might be his last good year…next year sure. Asking dudes to play like that at 36 is a bit much.

Peterman, really? If I’m Taysom I’m heading to IR Save the wear and tear on my body for someone else!!!

The real question is when can Taysom get off this team, whose reporters and coaches seem unable to appreciate and utilize his talent?

When is his contract done?

He is over paid, under used position less player? Instead getting paid $10, it should be $4 million for the lack of touches that he accrues, period. Thank you Sean 😢

Perfect price for everything he does and how good he is at it 💯🫡

The guy has the ability for 4 scores per week from the QB position and you’re bringing in Peterman, really?????

I can see math isn’t Mike thing but Hill was 26 not 30 he hasn’t played 4 yrs it been 7 yrs gone on 8 yrs but since he doesn’t play one hundred percent of the snaps and is only in certain packages, I don’t think his age will factor in to me he would have to play way more to have wear on his tires as they say.

Now he’s got 2 more years left go get Bowers now

I think Taysom is fine but I agree, I have been really hoping Saints draft Bowers in the first as well.

Not trading for Justin Fields is like passing up on Lamar Jackson at pick 15. Fields is too talented of an athlete to not be implemented in any offense. I'm quite sure Klint got some ideas on how he'll be utilized.

Shame on Taysom for settling for $10 mm Garappolo and Matt Flynn got $150 and $80, respectively for winning 2-3 games and holding the clipboard for Brady and Favre

You guys should have traded a 5th rd pick to the bears for fields..not signed young..and released taysom Hill
