5 YEARS ago 1 injection and the worse phsychoses never herd of. bones grave dark places just a plain hell. some recovery with medication . was healthy and just for a swelling from a product. Nurse was arguing with me about taking that injection.

What are you frightened about. I thank god for prednisone treatment of my autoimmune disease Sarcoidosis. My life would consist of sleeping, barely being able to prepare my food and struggling to keep myself and my small abode clean. I now have a life where I can actually go outside and do things, meet friends, have plans and hobbies. Like any med if you’ve taken it and have effects too bad to live with it’s on you to monitor it and discontinue it. Nobody can do that for you. I’ve had to do that with the dosage of prednisone. What they first prescribed me was way to high. They don’t know. I do know. I am responsible for my feelings and my health. I encourage you to be responsible for your too and leave others to decide what is working for them.

Hello, did you have any other side effects? I took methylprednisolone which i think is similar and my body and mind is destroyed. Bloating, urinating, and anxiety is crazy high. Dr's dont believe me because iv been off them for 3 weeks now.

1 injection tore my life to a living HELL. If you were christian its just like the devil took you to hell and God does not exist. Healthy once but taking a product gave me some swelling so injected by nurse who said i should not take it but doctors ordered. Vertigo brain fog bone aces broozing easy and today till waking in depression shaking with recovery only about 75% or less . Your lucky to be on the euphoric side but only temporaries when the bad side hits like a tone of bricks. my relative was high for awile. though later she went down depression saying what the hell is going on wth pain in places she never had.

From my own experience there is no need for that high a dose in a small woman. My A hole rheumatologist put me on 60mgs after 3 days I lowered it myself. I have never been able to take as much as they suggest AND it doesn’t cure anything. It will bring down inflammation but it’s not a cure. I am not cured by prednisone. It has helped manage my Sarcoidosis. That’s all.

Yes !!! you have to push the doctors and tell them research it. but, they don't really know and become drug pushers because it pay's. careless doctors and its very hard to find a caring researching doctor. one thing you can do and will work is take the pharma company of the medication to small claims court. reason small claims is because 15,000 dollar case is not enough to get them in court . later they will just send you the check of the max in small claims court. depending your state small claims highest rate in some states of 20,000 I heard. just get the drug name company and take it to small claims in your state. you have a 99% chance of wining. not sure but you have so many years to claim it.

Doctors do expect you to read the side effect and stopping the drug on the medication report. but , still you have a great chance in wining the top amount in small claims.
