@@rukus9585 Daz always talks the biggest shit with the smallest of information. He doesn't know a fukking thing bout Boosie based off a 2min clip that's 1 moment in someone's life, that's giving information by ANOTHER sped who's giving BS information as well because he doesn't know a fukking thing. If he knew even the basics about Badazz he wouldn't have said that "putting on for his fans" shit because they the last one's he needs to put on for... them and cops are all well aware the man sat on DEATH ROW for 6yrs fighting a murder charge and 6 others they were gonna come with. And it was ANGOLA 1 of the worst 3 prisons you could ever be in, it didn't get the name "Americas Bloodiest Prison" for nothing! It got it for infamous beatings given by both Inmates AND guards smh and he did his time, fought the charges, didn't bitch and came home free and clear. Jury voted in less than 10min his defense didn't even call witnesses. BTW when I saw "sat on death row" that's because(just in case someone thinks I was exaggerating.) Louisiana my state is archaic! And still Zza words back.... the only state who still uses "parishes" instead of "County" like it's the fukking 1800's still in fact we're the only one's with LEGAL SLAVERY still. Last yr there were still 5 states with it in their constitutions all but us voted to end it, it makes us the last place to sentence people to "hard labor" slaves they can force them into any kind of hard job with no payment whatsoever sure people will say "so what they're criminals" and people like that are a problem because that doesn't mean you should be a fukking slave, and these fools and others why Boosie and anyone else been through that system "didn't learn his lesson get rehabilitated?" Because treating someone like an amimal will only turn them into and amimal, sorry I digress though not only os slavery legal and he was in Angola guess what Angola was before a prison? Yup a plantation! They literally still just blatantly makes slaves of us, but Louisiana doesn't wait to convict you to put you on death row you as he did sit there until you're found guilty or not. Ain't no "innocent until proven" they look at it as "you're ours and you're getting the chair no point in wasting time having you elsewhere sit here on the row until hopefully you can prove your innocence" not the state prove your guilt! Imagine having to sit there while only being ACCUSED atm? Not found guilty, working on appeals, or sum like that? Nah. Just straight up "yup we got ya come on to the row!"

I blew a .23 when I got arrested. However, I didn't argue with the officer I just stopped in the middle of the field sobriety test, put my hands up and said "just take me to jail" cause I knew I was failing. They have breathalyzers here...I was asked to take one but if I refused I was told I automatically lose my license for 6 months...so I took it. Former convict here...if you're acting like that you're scared to go to jail. He wouldn't last running his mouth like that in prison. They would have to keep him out of gen pop.

Lol no he ain't I'm 5'8 he's my height or a bit taller. Regardless ain't no stories of anyone ever putting the beats on him! Even when he did 6yrs on death row fighting his murder charge when they was threatening 6 more they alleged he had. In ANGOLA 1 of the worst prisons you could ever be in, it didn't get the name "Americas bloodiest prison" because the beatings that are dealt out by both inmates & guards alike. I'll admit he's loud but he's a hood nicca, but what he don't do is make threats lightly he was fed up atp. He even made a video after this saying he got too heated but maintaining his point on always being fukked with. That was 2022 and to his point again, earlier this year they stalked him in Cali, he was there for a video shoot and the local folks watching his IG LIVE(why do that if they ain't got it out for him) say they saw a gun immediately go pull him over.... THEY WERE OUT RIDING, LOOKING FOR HIM, SAW ANYTHING they could use as P.C. and pull him over. He said he didn't have 1 but his official security did, they found it IN HIS SECURITY GUARDS bag and still chagred him and only him with 4 counts of BS. He goes to court for it & it's dismissed but that ain't the end of it FEDS waiting outside the courtroom to arrest him FOR THE SAME CHARGES that were just dismissed. That means they were in cahoots because they knew they would be dropped more than likely they told them to drop it so they could get him. You know that Fed time is 85% of sentence has to be served smh... I mean again yeah Boosie loud and whatnot but he ain't wrong in saying they fukking with him not these in particular video per se but in general. And we can't act like they above such tactics they human just like us, hell let Daz here tell it he'd be arrested anyone who annoys him, giving life for misdemeanors and killing folks left and right who irritated him.

Nope she failed the line test by not doing what he said, by asking him if she could turn around, that's how easy it is to fail the test, the test is BS She then failed by missing her noise by less than half an inch, something that is common when doing the test at night and while under pressure They have the ability to breath test you, yet many don't because if you blow under .08 thats the end of the stop..well unless you are a few cops that still arrest the driver anyways claiming, they have must not smell alcohol and you are on weed or some other drug. Also it allows you to get upset and refuse to take the blow or blood test which means you will be charged even though you were not on anything. Even if you blow under a .08 they can prevent you from driving, and many people are find even over .08 and can pass a FST which is why they should always do the breathalyzers test. There are so many video of people being arrested and taken to the station for failing the FST and then getting to the station and blowing 0s or having nothing in their blood, all because they were shaking from being nervous or from it being cold out, or have poor balances, or asked the cop when to turn, or if they can stop counting or counted wrong....a Bus driver lost her job a few month ago because she failed a FST from having poor balances and from counting to 36 or 38 and not 30 in her head. She was charged with DUI and taken to jail which she then blew 0s or passed a blood test and the DUI was dropped but she still lost her job because of the police report. Heck they have the tech to even do a quick field blood test.

@@willvr4 yeah that’s kinda true. I guess my point is that in the US public figures are held to a higher standard than most people in certain respects. An example of this would be the need to show actual malice in order to recover damages for things like libel and slander - a vastly different standard than what is necessary for people like you and I. I know that in the UK this is not the case, so I was just trying to give a little American perspective.

Most cops don't have a bachelor's degree. Only about 30%. There's really no need for one and it's a waste of time/money IMO if that's the line of work you're going into. As for the breathalyzer, only the one at the station or hospital is admissible in court. I got pulled over for my window tints when I was younger and got breathalyzed, blew sliiiightly over the legal limit, but passed the field test. The cop basically knew I was fine to drive but legally had to bring me in. He stalled for as long as possible so that when I took the official test, I blew under the legal limit. It really helps if you're just NOT a total dick and get a decent officer who isn't trying to ruin your life over bullshit. Don't get me wrong though, there are power hungry cops out there and I've ran into many of them. This one cop was making fun of me in the precinct and saying that my life was fucked, when in reality I was only there to give a voluntary statement to a detective because I had witnessed a crime against my family. When I was walking out, all I could do was stare at him and bite my fucking tongue because it wouldn't take any effort for him to get my name and address and make my life hell for his own personal satisfaction.

She blew a .079 which means she was over the legal limit at the time. The only thing that saved her was the time it took from being pulled over, to being tested at the station. Driving at night without your lights on is insanely dangerous. I'm no saint, but honestly if she had just been a nice person and wasn't being a bitch to the cops, they probably wouldn't have even taken her to the station. I got pulled over once when I was 19 on suspicion of drinking (they said I made an illegal right on red, when it was totally legal to do so. It was just a trap as they were stalking people leaving the bar) Even though I was underrage, I blew a .05 but America has a zero tolerance policy for minors drinking and driving. But I was honest with the officer and passed the field sobriety test. He just let me go with a warning because I was clearly fine to drive and wasn't trying to bullshit him. Plus he probably knew that he pulled me over for no reason.
