War Thunder Italian ww1 dreadnought battleship Andrea Doria gameplay.
Finally after 15 months Italy received another blue navy top tier ship. Long awaited addition.
Andrea Doria has very similar fire power, armor, speed, aa to Dante Alighieri battleship, so it's more of a sidegrade, but very needed side grade.

I love the ship buts it's annoying when I play a 6.0 Baltimore and I get put against 4 or 5 people that have 6.3+ battleships and I'm the biggest ship on my team.

It's criminal what Gaijin has done to France and Italy Some of the biggest navies of the turn of the century and immensely popular and effective weapon systems yet you see NONE It's still fucking hilarious how the British and the Germans get OTO Melara 76mm naval guns but Italy doesn't.

Underwater diving shell only exists on Type 91 Armor Piercing Shell in IJN ships (caliber from 8" to Yamato). Another possible explanation might be pre-WWI dreadnought doesn't designed for underwater explosion.

The funny thing is italy have the best ship for the Mar Mediterraneo and is one of major nation in ww2 sea, but gijin give new ship only for America and Russia

I love you dude, my favourite WT youtuber I hate what they've done to Italian Naval, it's all ships and motor boats of the same classes over and over while everyone gets even modern missile Corvettes. With Italian guns. And Italy doesn't even have more of the Nettuno ASM launchers which made it remotely special, nor have they modeled the Pugliese torpedo protection or the specifically Italian armor array that made Italian warships technically more resilient than their contemporaries (even if they got outgunned solely due to an unvailability of gunnery radars) And that's just Naval. There's so much more to add to fill the gaps, or just to add to their existing vehicles, like actual armor packages (PSO and Romor aren't accurate) for more vehicles or just ANY ARMOR TO MODERN VEHICLES The Merkavas just arrived and are stupidly accurate with their armor models, meanwhile the Ariete or the Type 10 are made of paper for some reason.

@@DOLLARplays Yes exactly, no wonder there's little demand for those nations, if the tech trees were more fleshed out or even accurate, more people would buy premiums, hell, they could add so many more premiums to Italy but they don't even do that (or at least _interesting_ premiums) Also want to add that I really appreciate these spotlights for Italy, it's just you Phly and like two other people that talk so well and showcase about the capabilities of their tech trees, mad respect amico

That ammo rack caused by shrapnel penetrating the thickest part of an already very thick belt armor or traveling through water* is absolutely halal. (*water, which by its inherent lack of compressibility stops dead any kind of projectile which does not have a form of propulsion, i.e. torpedo, which has no inherent kinetic armor penetration capabilities, to begin with, it relies on causing waves of pressure against the target after exploding very very close to it).

Mr.Betty, I think you can hold U key (default key bind) after shooting and the camera will follow your shots. Like bomb camera as a example.

Not sure how I missed this upload but this was great as always. All fun and games until your battleship gets mysteriously one tapped while you spend 12 minutes blasting another ship to scrap. Such is War Thunder.

My friends forced me to play Gundam Evolution with them (an overwatch asset swap) and it's fun. But it's really crazy to see a AAA title with less support, features, and worse matchmaking... than War Thunder. It's practically made me want to start playing again. We'd have "ranked" "matchmaked" games where we lost like 8 games in a row in a complete blowout and I'm like "dude, if this was war thunder I'd at least be like 3rd on my team with a chaffee and felt like I did something."
