Gareth Bale has had his critics,but in his last few yrs at Spurs&at various times for Real Madrid(think about that goal in the domestic cup comp against Barca,two champions league winning performances) with Ronaldo always trying to claim the glory,Madridista's who really don't want Brits playing for them(even if they produce"Roy of the Rovers" type performances)And carrying Wales in the last Euro's .So watching Bale torch a World class team like Inter,,with help from Rafa van da vaart(who was a fantastic player)and Luca modric definitely brings back fond memories...COYS,COYS.

When u are surrounded by class in a 3 horse race league)So Bale really stepped u&demo"d class in a average&unpredictable team,along with a Coach(Harry "get me out of here,I'm in the clink"Redknapp)who wanted him to play as a left back?

I remember this was the time when I I used to watch and love football the most. Just after the victory of Inter in Champion's league with mourinho, Mourinho going to Real, Spain winning world cup in South Africa, has a Chelsea fans I used to remember how this Tottenham team was good and underrated, so quick, so powerful, so talented.
