Love Glen. But he’s a miniature person. I let him at a comic book show in the late 90s. I’m 6’4” so obviously not short but he’s absolutely tiny. He was super cool though. I had always heard he was kind of a jerk but he was very friendly when I met him.

Danzig's actual statement about this incident: "I was backstage signing autographs and somebody in security was obviously not doing their job because this guy runs up to me and challenges me to a rap battle. If you listen closely you can hear that we're actually having a rap battle. Not a lot of people know this but I'm one of the best rappers in the world. So I'm laying it down and bustin his chops with my sick rhymes and this guy completely loses composure and starts to fall over so I help him get back up and at that point I guess he decided to turn it into a dance battle cuz he started doing some gay dance moves and I was so bored to death I just went to sleep." When you’re a touring band and the schedule gets messed up, and then you’re told you’re not gonna play, of course you’re gonna be pissed. He was right to vent- you’ve taken time off work and organised your whole life for this moment, only to be screwed over. Then if someone starts pushing you, of course you’re gonna lash out, don’t matter who. Fair play, big guy.

I saw the Misfits in July of 2023 in Phoenix Arizona, it was so fuckin bad ass to see Danzig, Doyle and Jerry Only, they were my heroes as a teen, but they broke up in the early 80's before I started listening to punk rock.

Not seeing the part "when everyone was breaking it up" that Glenn mentioned. I clearly see Glenn push Danny, bow up while staring directly at him as Danny was forced backward by his shove and then I see Glenn attempt ( and fail ) to block Danny's fist as he watches it flying toward his face. To be fair, getting hit that hard could easily cause some cloudy memories. There's a longer version of this clip out there that continues as Glenn falls all the way to the ground, folding up like a lawn chair, which also provides a 3rd take in extra slow motion that's not so tightly zoomed in. I don't get why fans want to keep bringing this incident up instead of just trying to let it finally fade away, none of this makes Glenn look good. The fact that the other guy's band isn't around anymore doesn't alter history.

Glenn is the one who escalated it. Danny is stating his case in a normal tone of voice, standing just a little close to Glenn. Then, Glenn just explodes and shoves Danny, obviously not expecting a punch in return. He expected Danny to shrink away, intimidated by Glenn the Great! I mean, don't get me wrong, Danzig is one of the best singers out there, in punk or metal, but he is a diva.

"Northside Queens"? The bottom line is that Danzig got knocked out by a light tap to his face. Mr. Danzig is a great musician, but he cannot fight his way out of a wet paper bag. Seeing how fast the dude responded and he came in with full force from the wall and he made complete connection with Danzig's glass jaw, Danzig or almost anyone else wouldn't have stood a chance in that situation. You can clearly see Danzig's body go limp as he falls and can't get up without help. He was limp before he ever hit the ground. Whatever your situation was, this is clearly different.

North side kings arent a band anymore cuz Danny is a really cool family man who's retired and takes care of his wife and kids. He's actually written a great book about this whole thing funny enough. He's a good friend of mine and from every side I hear of this story, Danzig was the asshole and deserved it. He cucked every band that opened that day and imo he shouldnt have put his hands on danny who is arguably bigger and scarier than him anyway lol
