This song was the first time I felt the holy spirit. I was 8 years old. I'm 45 years old now and if you only knew how this song has carried me through and brought me full circle.... you would realize God speaks music and every note is right on time.

I minister at a juvenile jail and I have never played a song for the youth that the Holy Spirit moved so powerfully. We are not able to minister to the youth now because of the coronavirus. Please pray that God will allow us to get back in to preach the gospel to these young people.

My father was in hospital and I told him about the prodigal son and how he was that and that he should stop running from his backslide and pray for forgiveness. He left us when we were young. But the story doesn’t stop there. God showed me that I was acting like the older brother, judging him for not being good. What a revelation this was. I heard this song while looking for a music for his memorial and when I played it God brought us together that day. The Holy Spirit moved and healed so many lives that day. I’m so thankful and I play this version to remind me of Gods grace a d mercy. I’ve listened to all kinds of versions of it and this one is the best by far.
