We need to hold the higher ranks in the police to account. Because when the Sgt's and Inspectors fail to behave with respect to the public, the constables and pcso's will follow on!

A police constable was on our staircases a while back talking to a neighbour because someone had made a complaint about him for arguing with his partner and being loud, the pc asked me “ have you ever heard him being noisy or anti social etc “ and I replied with total silence and shut my door!! 😂 rule no 1 don’t talk to the police or help them in any way simple 👍🏾

I can’t believe they are trained properly they must be told to lie and deny everything in training, for it to then go rapidly down hill. It’s imposible to train that amount of people who get it so wrong. Can they be that thick to think they are going to gain any respect from being dirty & scruffy with their hands in pockets, bad attitude, constant lies and poor knowledge of any law. To top if off think they are underpaid over worked & under staffed ffs.

Mate, this channel should be compulsive viewing for everyone…I’ve worked with both armed police and PCSO’s and about one in twenty we’re doing a good job…as for the rest, I’m afraid they were at best bullies, at worst mentally ill. After 40 odd years of dealing with The MET and GMP my opinion of them is that they are becoming worse.

Their whole approach is mind boggling. There are always multiple police staff asking the same stupid questions. It is bad enough they approach at all, but they need to get a colleague, they dissappear, new colleagues turn up with the same stupid questions. They never communicate with each other, so that another colleague has to join in. If that is how they deal with real crimes they never get anything done or solve anything.

There is a procedure called External Validation, usually carried out after the student/trainee has been operational for some time, say a year. It is a method of modifying/improving courses to make courses more relevant. If EV is being used, it has failed!

They have no reason to approach, but several do. That is not a police station it's a fort, as in war.These clowns know nothing of the law. A lawyer goes to school 10 years and practices 10 more, and is still a brainwashed clown that knows very little about the rule of law. So how could a cop with their low level of training possibly know what the law is. What a waist of our money, 10 cops to every scene, always to end in a walk of shame. It's got to stop. Cheers mate.
