Dimash is playing the role of a vampire, yes, I would say in a more generic fashion. No reason to believe that he's "portraying" Dracula, per se.

I haven’t seen such a cinematic video since the early days of MTV when Michael Jackson was churning out video’s. MTV actually played music, and threw Spring Break party’s Panama City Beach Beach & Daytona Beach & etc… MTV broadcasting live: 11:00 am until closing 1:00 am - 2:00 am CMT.
