How do you do subtitle tracking?

Short Answer, I use Adobe Premiere Pro and use the text tool then tracking every two or three frames of positioning. Long Answer In Adobe Premiere Pro, Using the Text Tool. Once a Text is Selected, under the Effects Control. There is two tabs; Graphics & Video. Under Graphics, there is Vector Motion and Text, and under both is Position, Scale, Rotation and etc. You can use both for tracking but the TEXT position is much better since it's anchor point is much easier to animate. Then using key frames, for every two frames I position the text to a "Character" like whoevers talking on screen. It does take awhile to do Sorry I tried to answer the best I could
