@@billvilmezis5968 that's always risky, in a way they will probably be to bad for the lobby, but worse thsm yhat, hoi4 is so broken that a single person can probably ruin the game even as a minor through exploits, imagine scrapping a stream bc someone killed the lobby at stsrt of barb

Try playing as a minor that is too out of the way to be invaded on the allies, like one of the dominions, or play as an axis minor, like hungary or bulgaria. It gives you room to experiment while the major AI covers you in case something goes wrong. I recomend not going with romania because you either will be torn apart and given to bulgaria and hungary, or you will need to join the allies and defend yourself, while surrounded by the axis. Hungary is pretty good because you get a lot of free land and you can get advisors to boots your tanks/mechanized infantry, and without dlc you will not have to deal with the treaty of trianon national spirit

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what is the idea behind building destroyers over light cruisers? Is it because you can spam out more and the screens only exist to protect the capital ships? What if you are fighting light cruiser raiders that have armour? Is it then still better to build destroyers to counter them?
