We show you around the older part of Woodvale as well as the newer section located next to the Yellagonga Regional Park.

There used to be a bit of farmland left around duffy rd near the outdoor drive in cinema. I haven't been up that way in 20 yrs now so it could be all developed by now

The only undeveloped areas we saw were in the Yellagonga Regional Park. Urban sprawl has well and truly taken over.

Cragie & Padbury worth taking a look values going through the roof and very limited supply closer to the beach and Whitfords

Woodvale is nice. According to 2021 census, 89% are owner occupiers which would explain neat garden and green lawn. Kingsley is the same whilst Craigie is 30% renters. This explains why some houses with untidy gardens. If the cost is factor I would go with Kingsley.

Thanks for your in-depth research. Having a higher percentage of owner occupiers is certainly noticeable.

@@vloggersontheloose thank you for advising me on the double brick construction! I did do my research on goggle later on. The new houses in Perth are superior and beautiful compared to Sydney. We build poorly . It’s embarrassing. Even Canberra can build better 😢.

Yes - overall we do have a high standard over here which is good. Unfortunately there are a few dodgy builders but they generally get caught out.
