Most men in martial arts know hitting a women in the crutch or stomach will drop an aggressive woman like a sack of potatoes. There are lots of women in Australia with some size on them who think they can stand toe to toe, but they lack that 'feral power' that males have. I had a much younger girlfriend who was a professional stripper. She was a 59 kg super fit Amazon at 27. I was a 41 year old former martial artist, former gym junkie, and terrible boxer who weighed 78 kilograms. Long story short. She was feeling pretty cocky about her abilities and dismissive of the 25 years on and off training I had done. Then, she wanted me to come to a training session to meet her friends and instructor... as only an onlooker. Half way through they wanted to try me out doing some focus mitt work with her... She got the shock of her life that this 'old warhorse' was reasonably well trained with a very fast and precise set of hands on me. What I thought was some light focus work turned out to be a wrist bruising event for her with the instructor and friends on the verge of intervening. That was the only time she invited me to go to her training. The cockiness from her dropped down a notch or two

When I was a teen, young teen in grades 8 & 9, people bigger than me kept challenging me to fistfights. I was under-developed so it was always a mature young man vs me, still a child, so I had to learn something quick. I learned the left jab to the opponent's shoulder, to his nose, a right cross, and uppercut to the solar plexus. Funny how quickly bare knuckles can wear someone out if you punch them in the upper arm twenty times. Same with a blow tothe solar plexus, which stops the fight if unprotected because if you can't get a breath you can't fight. Another fight stopper back then in the mid sixties was a bloody nose or a torn ear - either the result of following up after a jag. Females are learning the "Fool's Mate" moves that young men have had to learn for many years, or become a coward who never agrees to fight.

Real women don't put themselves in that situation.
