In a bustling space station saloon, a variety of alien species gather, each keeping to its own until the arrival of humans upsets the status quo. The humans, loud and gregarious, attract the attention of the Felinax, fierce cat-like warriors, and the shy Leporians, small rabbit-like creatures. A confrontation between a human and a Felinax warrior turns into an unexpected friendship, breaking down social barriers. The saloon gradually becomes a more integrated and lively place, with humans at the center, fostering camaraderie among different species. The introduction of chili peppers, immune to humans but deadly to others, adds a surprising twist. Over time, the saloon transforms into a hub of social interaction, highlighted by the musical Chirplumes and a surprise visit from a human female who brings a new dynamic to the ever evolving bar scene.

Considering the strange, not to say exotic nature, of science fiction, I shouldn’t be surprised anymore about a weird story like this. I rated it 👍 solely because of its absurdity. I have to give kudos to the author for such an odd story. I look forward to the follow up where a gas cooker and a washing machine start a revolutionary rock band! ALL HAIL SCI-FI.

I could see many good story possibilities using this bar as a backdrop. I believe it should very seriously be explored! I'm sure others would agree. I could guarantee you would have one listener, at least! 😂 (Joking, you would most definitely have more. 😊)

I love the ai's mistake at 9:49 where it describes the "brave little leporian" as a "brave little Napoleon" and I can't help but thing it fits.

nice ending! The chili pepper should have been introduced first like saying the human was eating something made with hot chili peppers and when he breathed into the beast face it was an accidental burp from getting up off the chair thus releasing the intestinal gas from the mixture of chili & beer. it would have been more humorous.

i'd love to see a Nexus school have to transport what canid ccreatureor a whole crew of 12 of them that are commonly called Lupinenin. Or a werewolf like guards awaiting their own youth to enter and have an encounter with between them and and the humans. no negative outcomes though

Other than whistling and karaoke at the last, there was very little music involved which I think a large oversight considering music is often described as one of mankind's "Universal Language" (math is another). Then again I am a musician and thus biased.

Okay. Story ended.... weirdly, and we are not sure why. But can we lose the capsaicin (capsaysun) meme? A bar where everyone can drink alcohol? Imcluding the bunnies and the cats. And all the humans, they are all friendly when drunk?

If they are so uncomfortable there, why would they BE at the bar in the first place? Characters are supposed to have a motivation to do what they do.

Intoxicants are not good for spacefaring. A place to allow for the stress of travel to flow out with a nice drink would be welcome. Maybe get an idea what other races are like before approaching them. Unless, of course, you're drunk and looking for a nice barfight. It's all fun and games till the wife comes looking for you.
