Should have asked him how many they had to let go cause it's not actually a crime to talk to, send pics to, and attempt to meet someone posing as a child as opposed to an actual child. A lot of cases were thrown out because the states didn't actually treat that as illegal activity at the time. One guy even was only charged because he had guns, knives, ropes, and tape with him in his vehicle and he crossed state lines so they charged him with illegally transporting firearms. Had nothing to do with the actual child predator sting. A lot of people don't realize only a handful of the people caught actually had any real punishment.
