You're absolutely right. The guy who kicks someone in the head at 0:55 is shocked and horrified at what he just did. You can see he didn't do it on purpose and because of that you don't get angry. When someone is not shocked, ashamed or remorseful, you realise it wasn't an accident. He just hurt that other guy on purpose, wich is awful, and you can't help being angry at someone like that.

other sports are not most likely like football. Unfortunately in football, the referees have 100% full authorities to distribute red card to anyone who hit a player without a ball or outside the play rules (even if it's because of protecting teammates or taking revenge).. I've seen many times where players will simply start a fight, after that the referee started sending off at least 4 to 6 players from both sides..

ikr. I mean, some of those tackles aren't that outrageous. They are completely focussed on the ball, try to control it and get there foot too high and hit a player they didn't even see. It happens, it even happened to me once. Nothing malicious there, but when it happens, you don't complain. You apologise, take your red card and leave.

I actually think that was the cleanest and most fundamental tackle. It was a foul however the idea of blocking the other player from getting to the ball and letting your goalie get it as apposed to getting the ball yourself and being in a uncomfortable situation is being taught these days. @@lyubomirbonev2539 i mean the first move was a bit dirty, but still legal as far as I can tell - i watched it at x0.25 speed and it looks like this is what happens: - player in blue sees the player in white coming, so he tries to flick the ball to his left (the right side of the video) towards the goal line to draw the foul - the ball starts moving towards the goal line because the blue player tapped it - the player in white then hits the ball back into the blue player's foot as he (player in white) slides in, causing the ball to bounce off of the blue player's shin and to the right (you can tell that the player in white actually did touch the ball because of the spin on the ball after the contact) - then, as the player in white continues to slide, his momentum carries him into the feet of the blue player again, obviously not a clean move, but still legal as far as i can see (and i might be missing something so please let me know if i am). If i had to guess, i would say that the ref didn't see the player in white actually contact the ball because he was looking at it from behind (whereas we, from the view of the camera, can see more clearly). it just seemed odd to me that the player in white committed a (seemingly) legal tackle, then the ref made a call in favor of the other team (which i think is incorrect), and then the blue player then commits a foul after the play is over. i'll say it a third time, i could be missing something. But assuming that im not, the player in white is getting screwed over twice after making a clean tackle, and the video is seeming to portray him as the "bad guy", which is just totally odd to me. thanks for reading if you made it to the end lol
