My summary is that she has a very good voice, the on the spot, no practice in the situation is not easy. Anyone who thinks they know different can try it. Pitch issues are normal in live performance, this is a singer who can sing well. I think some may not like the timbre of her voice and may confuse it with lack of quality, but that’s a preference thing. Nice improv to you both!

I'm used to seeing him perform at St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Fl. until (from what I understand) some local businesses complained of the volume. This looks like Universal Hollywood's Citywalk as it has the same look and feel as the Orlando Citywalk.
