Them nasty people Mary and her sons absolutely destroyed Craigs beautiful home!!! The door casings are all cracked, the floors & carpets are all ruined! The walls all need painting and all the cracks need repairing!! I have two cats and their litter boxes like multiple boxes are ALWAYS cleaned, no cat feces on my floors, cat food in cans go in the recycling, Have as many animals as youd like but be clean and sanitary about it, cozy comfortable calm & peaceful home is what animals should have!!!

Fantastic episode. These landlords need to go back to court to have the rent arrears, plus all court costs, and all repairs that had to done due to the tenant, and have it enforced to the point of garnishment of any monies that the person recieves. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️.

The policies where tenants had to wait to be physically evicted to get housing from the council were part of the problem here.

It’s so different in Australia, renters in the UK seems to have more rights than the owners. I have never heard of it taking months in Australia.

Never get personally attached to a property, it’s a business and do your own background checks.

That lady needs to lay off the self tanner she must take hrs to get ready in the morning. So even if u get the court order saying 14 days it dosnt mean anything cause then u have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for baliffs thats nuts

Craig and Cindy were dealing with nightmare people who would not pay rent and would not move. They use any excuse not to comply with the court order. I would not want to be a landlord, no telling what kind of occupants move into your property. Horrible when the property is left filthy and damaged. If they did not pay rent, they will not pay for cleaning and damage done.

I’ve watched shows that film the bailiffs pov..and even those tenets act like they haven’t gotten any warnings whatsoever..but the fact it take the bailiffs 2WEEKS after the landlord had to go to court and get a order of possession that gives the tenant another 2 weeks..I see why the landlords are infuriated beyond words.

Can't believe that no one makes them pat the back rent. You legally can hold there possessions surely until they pay up.

You can always get your money back from tenants who abused the system. One way or another you can make the tenants pay..

Because for some reason renters have rights and it takes ages to get rid of them. Happened to me too and was out of pocket thousands 😢

Why are the laws in the UK so laxed when it comes down to people not paying their rent/mortgage? I mean if a tenant hasn’t paid rent/mortgage in 6, 7 or 8 months, why does it take another 3, 4, or 6 months to evict them? It shouldn’t take that long at all. On top of losing all that rent/mortgage money, the landlord has to eat up the costs for the lawyers, for the court fees, and for bailiffs?? That doesn’t seem fair, and the landlord can’t turn around and sue the tenant for legal fees, money that they have to spend to fix what the tenant damaged, back rent/mortgage, etc! Maybe, just maybe, the UK should take a page from how America deals with those who refuse to pay their rent/mortgage; they’re given 30 days to pack up and leave, and the sheriffs are there to evict you from the property. So, if a tenant doesn’t pack their belongings within the 30 days, the tenant is 💩 out of luck. Eviction proceedings can occur if the tenant hasn’t paid their rent/mortgage for 3 months. There’s no forcing a landlord to wait an additional 6-9 months to evict a tenant. That’s ludicrous! Landlords CAN evict tenants for nonpayment, constant police presence, being disrespectful towards other tenants or neighbors, damages to property, and what have you. I don’t know IF the tenant, Mary (I think that’s her name), along with her sons, who were not supposed to be living with her, thought that by waiting until the bailiffs had come to begin packing would allow her to stay in the home, or what, but waiting to pack until the final second is disrespectful to the landlord.

Why not get a court order to have the money deducted from her bank .
