The wide variety of cars ranging from bosozoku, motorcycles, supercars, hypercars, JDM, etc all converging in one parking lot at any given time and day is honestly quite remarkable. What's even more remarkable is the amount of respect each person has for other people's cars.
Well, I suppose three F50s and 25+ bosozoku cars help.

Difference between Chinese and Japanese car culture, is that the Japanese don’t think rich, they think as mad as possible. Their government that their way of life has restricted them so much, that they have to let loose somehow. The Chinese just try to make it as blingy and as cashed-up as humanely possible, sort of like Dubai. Also the Japanese care about cars, the Chinese seem cars as fashion accessories.

It's a style that originated as a counter-culture to Japan's conformist nature. It's just a reaction to society telling them they all had to fit in a particular box. Cartoons My Man Bosozoku are kind of like the punks or trolls of the car enthusiasts. They know their cars are in-your-face offensive and vulgar to most people but embrace that whole idea and have fun. "Ricers" on the other hand are morons who think they look cool and awesome in their riced out cars and take themselves seriously indeed. I don't know how I should put this but Bosozoku are kind of "vulgar but done with style, and with a sense of direction". Just came across your little video here, never seen anything like this, it's insane!!! So much to look at, can't quite figure out what some of the cars are with so much bodykit and exhaust, yea I said exhaust, great big six feet high exhausts!! INSANE!!!!

It had been 8 months since I moved to Japan. Back in Canada, I'd stop whenever I see R32,R33,R34 etc to admire or take pic. But now, I don't even want to stop to take pic, they re everywhere in Japan.
