I just don't understand why a driver who owes money for fines gets so upset ON CAMERA. There is absolutely no point in getting upset, if you owe the money and if you are upset enough, you simply take the paper, call a ride home, come back later on and CUT THE DAMN THING OFF!! I keep watching and am simply fascinated by different people's bizarre angry reactions over an object put on a wheel which can be removed very very easily with a readily available tool. Now if D was attempting to tow your car away, well you can let rip and that's at least understandable.
