Except there are a lot of cases where the killing was unintentional, accidental or done in self defense. I'm not sure if you have any grasp on our current prison situation but as it stands, we already don't have room or resources for the prisoners we currently have, regardless of their crime. I'm not sure what you think we should do with these thousands of extra prisoners you think we should have but any increase in taxes should go to education and public resources- things that keep people out of prison- not more prisons to crowd with people we leave to rot.

This case infuriates me. How dare she marry that young man and then have the nerve to complain that he wasn't making as much as her. His life was just starting! @humanjustice3202 exactly my thoughts the way she kept swearing her son had nothing to do with it. And something was off , she made her son call 9/11 but she later made it appear as if she woke her son up and made him talk in the background as if he didn't know anything. She was way too straight forward. Swearing way too much that it was her. Working too hard to make it look like she set the whole thing up , if she was so desperate to make it appear as someone else then why did she so desperately take the blame. I think she was hoping the investigation would go to some intruder or some other guy other than her son but when she saw the police suspicion she became desperate to take the blame, she seems really hurt and devastated and sorry. I think she didn't want her son to get life in prison and all the s-assaults that young boys face. What a mother!

I’m on tramadol currently, and I agree it makes you feel so good and in a great mood! But I also realised that when I was on a very high dose at one point after a big surgery, it was almost like I became reckless in other aspects of my life. I didn’t have a sense of consequences for my actions. It was like nothing mattered apart from that very moment and the future would never come. So I could see her doing this while in that kind of mindset. But everyone reacts differently

I used to be on it, and it was so difficult coming off it. To be honest, I’d still be on it, if my doctor hadn’t died. I couldn’t find a new doctor to prescribe it. I have chronic pan, but I live in Ohio, and you can’t get meds like that here, anymore. Thankfully, I’ve been placed on suboxone.

@@hadassah356 damn, that’s a tough way to have to come off it. I bet it was a stressful time trying to find a doctor to prescribe. The withdrawal is awful. My doctor has offered for me to come off it and go on Suboxone or something similar, but I’d have to go in every single morning to get it and it would take a year for them to even review if I could take home just 1 overnight dose. So I’ve said no for now. How does it make you feel?

This woman confessed and still got ONLY 25 years, which means she VERY LIKELY won’t even serve that long. He , nor his family, gets a second chance at life. Why should she? She’ll have a whole lifetime of life to live after she gets out and his life is gone forever! No wonder we have so much crime; accountability for murder is a farce!

I would say this woman is a liar.

You're wrong. Not everyone is of your mental health. I have problems staying calm when calling the police because of a dangerous assault stalker (happening right now, at same time my mom has weeks left to live and I'm primary caregiver in pain 17yrs). The dispatcher didn't believe me on 6.6 this year and kept asking "what do you want me to do" even though all LE know the man and know he's ex felon, ex gang member & have seen threats to me & my family on my texts & voicemails. But it took me whole 10 minutes to convince her to send a cruiser. I could have been dead 10x over. Just because your panic and fight/flight response wakes up when under an extreme threat...that doesn't make you crazy or guilty. Try saving life first THEN seek who lied or whatever. At least thanks to true crime channels on KZfaq such as this one - I'm providing all the necessary information to LE so they can conduct a proper investigation after I'm kilt, and some lucky investigator will get promoted. “A documentary is a video or film that examines a real-life theme, person, event, or problem. They are often instructive in nature, very specific, and have an appealing tone to them. Finally, a story is usually recorded with sincerity that, in theory, moves anyone who sees it.” There is no minimum time requirement for a video to be classed as a documentary. The standard is in the content and style - not the length.
