@@The14JC14 yep lol 👍🏾 But real talk, people underestimate jump roping. The real challenge is weighted jump roping whereas the rope is weighted, if you want to step it up, wear a weighted vest. I bulked for the last 4 months so to cut I am jump roping and doing sleds (push and pull) on my non lifting days. 😂

people using yoma as inspiration is funny because its like patrick bateman in american psycho, people idealizing the very personality traits that the author has made explicitly clear to be self-destructive and toxic. if anything rohan should be the better inspiration; he works to improve himself and uses his rivalry with yoma to further that development, however he doesn't let it consume him and has other things important in his life. yoma trains for a vain and self-defeating purpose, rohan trains to live a better life. be like rohan

I have had to change my lifestyle since my doctor said I am at the point where shit is about to hit the fan if I don't. When I feel like cheating on my diet or going for an extra serving I watch this and some other videos to keep my willpower strong. No joke my new diet is working but I feel like my willpower is made of jelly sometimes, watching this inspires me to push past the temptation.
