He recently broke up with a girlfriend he was dating for the past 8 months. She had many male orbiters and ex’s in the background. She agreed to change her behavior and stop seeking attention from other men if she wanted exclusivity with him. That lasted for a few months and then she did it again in a very public and rude way. He broke it off for good and asks my opinion.

Just went through something very similar. After 8 months and I built her up financially she allowed her friends to disrespected my property and broke up with me over that issue. She however acts like it was my fault. She keeps writing me hoping for an apology I think and I make my response as short as possible and I stick to my guns. No respect then no relationship. That's how I roll now.

With minor things I agree, with bigger issues even having to explicitely state those boundaries is already my "she's not it" signal. You can't correct someone's character, if there is an innate lack of common sense and decency you can set all the boundaries you want, that person will still bring misery to your life.

This is the hardest one yet folks.... I had to dump mine 2 months ago for violating mine. Loved her for 2 years and we were going to get engaged. I had a ring. Never allow your woman to isolate you from everyone you love and never let them take mental shots at your kid/s... Really hope she gets the help she needs

I always have options and she knows it. She was suicidal and went on anti depressants when I kicked her out

Went through this exact thing earlier this year with someone I truly liked. Breaking things off was one of the hardest things I’ve done. But at the end of the day it brought me so much peace knowing that she is now someone else’s problem.

It takes ALOT for men to open up to women today. Especially any of us that have been put through the ringer once or twice. So I know personally, when these things come up, it’s very hard for me initially to call them out. We like to try to give people the benefit of the doubt, knowing we probably have some bad habits too. But, when the red line is crossed, it’s either them or your word and if you don’t keep the latter, she will eventually be gone anyway.

I completely feel you on this. I know personally I’ve struggled with boundaries in the past. This can be especially difficult if manipulative things are said once the boundary’s are broken. I’ve heard it all “if you loved me you’d give me a chance to explain” if you were an adult you would talk to me about this instead of walking away”. This stuff can definitely make you question your judgement to where your default is the breech of the boundary, and action.

There's a lot of people like this. Wildly insecure with massive self-esteem issues and always have back up plans. Now when I see it, I walk. People like this won't change. I've given chances to have the same result, eventually. The way I look at is, I can hurt now, or hurt worse later. Either way you're going to hurt.

Had a similar situation a year ago with a woman who disrespected me in a public setting. I communicated my boundaries to her, but a month later she still was acting disrespectful so I had to cut her loose. Coach Corey is 💯 right, when you’re emotionally invested in someone it’s really difficult to do the right thing, but you have to stand up for yourself.

Stay firm on your boundaries. She WILL violate it again if you allow her. Be a man and take the hard road. In the long run this is the easy route. When someone tells you who they are, believe them the first time!!!!!

I married two really nasty women. I've made all the mistake Corey talks about. out of the fear of being alone I wasted a lot of time. and it was very unhealthy for my two children. Listen to Corey he's got a pretty good handle on this stuff.now I have to work through the pain and forgive myself somehow. set good boundaries and follow through.

I wish I had that guy's guts and smarts. My situation was a gradual thing over time and after years of investing in her, started catching her in lies etc. Hiding her phone, lying about who she was spending time with etc. Tried to make it work over and over and kept going right back to the same thing. I am a communicator and she was not. Always hid behind messenger or email. She always found "solutions" in the attention of other guys.

@@dafunk1080 my ex was dead gorgeous. She was loyal, and faithful. My issue was, she didn’t respect my boundaries. Continued posting skimpy photos on Instagram and pole videos on Snapchat. She recommended I learn some bedroom moves from watching porn. Then get angry if I glanced at a chick or hold grudges from past situations where I may have said hi or gave a friendly hug to another female friend. Even got jealous around my mom/sister for loving on me. I’m just like , if that isn’t obsessive/possessive behavior, idk what is… long story short, because of that on going issue, a difference of faith values, and her BPD, it was just too much stress for me to deal with, I felt suffocated, disrespected and could no longer see a future with her anymore. Ended it. I miss so many great things about her each day but I have my peace back and I’m not living in constant conflict anymore. Look if she’s not open to getting on your program fellas, knowing well in advanced from your actions that she’ll be lead, protected, provided for and loved on along the way, it’ll end in incompatibility and probably wasting both of y’all’s time.

damn i just did something similar. she texted me the next day and said we should talk later because she does t want things to end messy. i told her i meant everything i said the previous night and i’m standing firm. i told her not to contact me unless she wants to work on our relationship. i’m not interested in a friendship

Great video, Coach!! I went through a similar situation last year and saw the same red flags. Eventually, my soul spoke for me and I put her in her place and dumped her. We were on the verge of being exclusive. Yes, it was the hardest thing to do considering the good times.

Thanks! Honestly, it's been a long process to be able to handle situations this way. Coach Corey, being more successful, and some therapy with self-worth have really defined me. For history, I was in a 10-year marriage where I was constantly cheated on. I stayed like most for the kids. Little did I know that staying for the kids was keeping me miserable and a huge mistake most make. Life improved drastically once I walked away. Trust me, walking away from women like this always hurts, BAD. Especially when they will literally try anything to re-enter your life. Those "I miss you" text and showing up where you work can be really hard to ignore. More so over time as your brain naturally wants to remember only the good times. To the guys struggling, remember people like this don't change. Especially this late in life. Every time I have forgiven someone for these actions, it happened again eventually. This is how they have learned to function in life. Like Corey said, it's not your fault, their parents screwed them up. This isn't the first women I've walked away from that behaved this way. You'll be able to look back and watch them do this to every guy after. I do feel a deep sense of empathy for them. I think how terrible it must feel to be them. So damaged, never being able to hold a relationship together, and running around unhealed. That being said, it's not anyone's job to fix them. Just leave them gracefully and keep life moving. Also, you will have to look internally and work on whatever self-worth issues you have. People who have strong boundaries and self-worth won't tolerate this behavior. You'll see it from the start, set boundaries, and walk away when violated. Every time I have walked away from someone like this I have upgraded massively. If not with women, with life in general. Just the mental space and energy you dedicate to someone like this will derail you. Don't ever feel bad for getting in one of these situations. I see a lot of guys in the comments on similar threads bashing guys. These women can be incredibly deceptive. They've had a lifetime to practice it. They are incredibly good at being deceptive until you're hooked. Then the true colors come out and all you can do is walk. As coach says, you don't know what you don't know, and that's why you date. I am glad to hear my story is helping some struggling.

Great email makes for a great vid. These kinds of girls are the kind that pillers focus on. And instead of moving on to find women that aren't like this, they complain and place blame, as though that would change these women. You can't change a woman, but you can change the woman you're with. As for the emailer, the old saying goes, "never draw a weapon unless you're willing to use it". So it goes with boundaries: Never set a boundary you're unwilling to enforce. It's good that he lived by that. It probably won't be the last time for him, but it's all the easier to sort the wheat from the chaff early on.

It's really hard to realize that some women are able to have one man inside of them and so easily take other men so quick after the said "that they love YOU" and wants your baby. My view on women has changed to a more realistic one and I wont get carried away with my fantasies so fast any more. I feel horrible and I am experiencing ED now because of the heart break. I will focus on my purpose now. Working gardet, saving money, going to the gym 4-5 times a week. I've dated five women but can not feel anything for the. I will be okay in time though.

Dump my ex one day before her bday. We were about to go on a trip. Gave her several chances. Two days before leaving to her bday getaway I left my wallet in her house. She told me I was irresponsible for forgetting my wallet, and began talking down to me.. the night before leaving she began to pick fights and the day we were supposed yo leave I dumped her

That was cruel. A negative memory tied to her special day, for life. If you ever regretted it later she would be really special to take you back. I cut my ex off after he dumped me a few days before my birthday. He was a good guy, but now the timing of the BU is all I remember when I think of him. He tried coming back, I rejected him- the memory he has planted cannot be erased. The damage is for keeps.

Ugh reminds me of my current girl going through a crisis and reached out when we were dating to another guy she thought of less than me, smh. Exclusive now and no red flags but it was nearly a deal breaker because she regretted having him come over to talk. I snooped and saw enough to believe she told me the full truth, but that guy was such a creep to her I can’t believe she let him close

I wish i started listensing to you more seriously years ago whej i met my soon to be ex wife. Ive realized she is a lying gas lighting woman, she doesnt work, shes takes out all of her anger issues and personal transgressions of herself onto me. Out first year together she cheated on me twice and then i was stupid enough to marry her! Im such a gool. Ive lost my entire life savinfs, and now when i do divroce her, i will lose thr bouse, the casr, everything but the shirt on ku back and some other things like a computer and whatever. But. I am optimufor the future, i will be listendinf to your videos and reading you book every day to get over this. Im 27. I know i still have time to lead a happy life. I soent 3 years with the wrong woman. She was my first, so thats why i was head over heels, super hot, and man she can work a room. However, behind closed doors, she is VILE to me. I had this happen and she seemed to clear up her stuff but within 3 weeks back to her old self so I removed myself without telling her. I still see her almost every day so it was hard but she proved she didn’t make the cut. I even told her actions and what you do tell me everything. Words mean nothing unless they match your actions and what you do. She now treats me like am nothing to her but still stares at me when am not looking. I was attached to her but she doesn’t deserve me and she proved it I mean nothing to her even though she was the happiest when around me. She can go back to disliking her life and wishing she was happy. It’s so true that women need males in their life when they are growing up. They push the good ones away if and when they find them. Since we are rare they find the nice ones that they dislike but put up with their stuff and just let there girl get away with everything.

It's one thing to have orbiters and then to also lie about them once confronted. I was trying to be patient with this guy but there was just too much dishonesty. If the orbiters are just platonic then first of all, why hide them? I prefer that he doesn't have them but now that it's known, be transparent about it.

Just because a women wants you in the moment doesn't mean she will the next day or even 10 minutes later. Don't try to understand a women's emotions with logic. Any number of things can ruin attraction at anytime and a lot of it isn't even up to you. Date multiple women and this won't be a problem

It took me a while to understand this. I'm guessing this is one of those multiverse things and he's talking about women in some sort of fantasy world. Because in reality, Earth One or whatever it is where we live, you don't need to worry about dumping a woman who violates your boundaries. Here, if you try setting a boundary, the woman has already left you because she sees you as a controlling narcissist. Example, couple on a first date and the woman keeps looking at her phone, messaging, taking selfies and even talking to friends. Corey's fantasy universe: Man- Excuse me but we're on a date, could you please put your phone away so we can talk. Woman: OK. Reality universe: Man- Excuse me but we're on a date, could you please put your phone away so we can talk. Woman: How dare you try to control me, you misogynist! Are you some sort of abusive narcissist? I'm out of here before you start beating me because of your toxic masculinity! (ok, a little extreme but unless you're a 6'2" millionaire, she's not listening to you when you tell her to put her phone away)
