For this video Dr. Whitney choose to address one of the moment common question people have about receiving stem cell treatment: “When will I feel the benefits?”. This makes sense because most want to know when they can start feeling their particular symptoms being relieved. While everyone is different and responds to the treatment individually, there are roughly 3 groups which people fall into depending on a myriad of factors.
The patients’ age, physical health, diet, chronicity of disease, etc. all affect how quickly they start to feel like they are getting better. In the video Dr. Whitney further explains how each of these factors can affect each person’s journey in regenerative medicine.

After IV of 300 million umbilical cord derived MSCs at Dream Body Clinic in Puerto Vallarta, with my system which at the time was in chronic GVHD and hemochromatosis, I felt a distinct change in my energy level at 2 months 2 weeks, then some of the sclerosis and scleroderma became soft, and was distinctly mitigated in the next few months. Then at 10 months or 12 months, it seemed that some of the chronic GVHD was starting to return. I think that I might need an infusion once a year, which would be much better than any of the FDA approved medications available to treat chronic GVHD.

Neil, can you please get in touch with me? I’m looking at stem cell IV for sclerosis that I’ve just been diagnosed with…progressing rapidly. I’m looking for where to go, dream body is one of my choices. Hope to catch up with you. Thanks

I also just went to DBC in Puerto Vallarta for scleroderma. How long have you been diagnosed? Hoping to connect with you to compare and improve our paths and others. Please respond and let’s figure out how to connect. Thanks 🙏

I don't recommend that clinic anymore, if you are going to Puerto Vallarta Mexico, there is a clinic Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine (IRM) in the Vallarta Marina area, in a brand new building, it is run by Dr. Ernesto Romero Lopez MD, he has been treating with uMSCs for the past 22 years. The staff all speak English. They offer IV placenta derived MSCs (pMSC) from a lab which they own and source called Quantum Labs. I went there after DBC refused to treat me since I had 200 uMSCs a month before in Tijuana. I was scrambling to find another clinic before returning to US, I found IRM. I had 3 days in succession Mon, Tue, Wed and 100 pMSCs for a cost of $2500.00 per 100 million. That was August 7, 8, 9, 2023 so I am waiting for results. I felt a improvement in my energy levels 1 month, 2 weeks after having 200 million uMSCs at Carabella Clinic in Tijuana, the cells were from ITC labs which are headquartered in Guadalajara. IRM, Carabella, ITC, and Quantum Labs have websites which you should be able to find via Google. The Carabella cost me $8900.00 but now the MD said he would treat me with ITC at a much more cost effective rate. Tijuana is actually good, it is in a upscale neighborhood, they will pick you up at the parking lot where you can walk across the border, and will drop you off at you car in the parking area. Tijuana now has a MED Pass agreement with MX-USA so you don't wait to cross, it is quick and easy. The reason I paid so much was I know this treatment with uMSC works, and I was going through a third party. @@petmister1

I would like to know if the MSC's infused for lets say chronic back pain or spondylosis or chronic heart failure are the same. Said another way...is there are difference in cells based on the problem? Not the amount delivered but the difference (if any) of the cells? Thanks!!

Great question, yes there can be. UC-MSCs are great workhorses and will cover a lot of therapies d/t their differentiation and paracrine capacity. But you could change in them in a lab into chondrocytes (cartilage cells) for orthopedic conditions, for example. This may prove more beneficial in the future but for now regular old UC-MSCs are doing a pretty dang good job.

Hi. Great video. I just had a stem cell treatment in my left shoulder 2 weeks ago. Still in increased pain level and have not recovered full range of motion. Is this normal? Also, my stem cells were from my own Bone marrow, what is the difference from using umbilical cord stem cells? Which ones are better? And are the umbilical Cira stem cells you use alive? Thanks so much for your time.

Thank you! First thing of course is to check in with the treating physician. Bone marrow I've heard and read is a little more inflammatory than UC-MSC. Both have many similar mechanisms of action. However UC-MSC are younger and there's evidence they can heal more effectively then older BM cells. Which one is better is going to be very subjective as to who uses what. Personally I think UC-MSC will be the better option and easier to use for the future. Yes the ones we use are live.

@@InnateHealthcareInstitute thanks for the response! One more question, the IV stem cells, are those effective to treat chronic pain/inflammation? I have had 2 neck surgeries in the past 3 years and I feel my body is just not healing like it needs to be. I am 51 years old! Thanks again.

I've read some studies that staying around 120 to 150 millions mesenchymal stemcells by I.V. is more effective than going under or even over this number, meaning that more is not better. What do you think?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute Жыл бұрын
That's interesting. Post the link or the name of the studies if you can! There's varying views, the international society for cell and gene therapy recommend 2-3 million cells per kg of bodyweight. Some private clinics have their own protocols and doses. I'd love to read where you go that cause with other forms of medicine dosing is relative to age, weight, and other factors.

Dr. Whitney could you please break down the producers cost per 100 million cells, then the practitioners cost of treatment, this would clear the air for many of us paying out of pocket for this form of medical treatment.@@InnateHealthcareInstitute
