Sir I used Steroids and experiencing lump under the skin The lump is movable causing with little fewer . Sir should I apply cold or hot on the buttock lump

Hello, Thanks for sharing your concern. Lumps are of various kinds. It could be infectious /non infectious/ kelloid/ benign/ subcutaneous fat lump etc. These can be diagnosed only by seeing the lump and the treatment is prescribed accordingly. Since buttock is a sensitive area and soft tissue area and hence an infectious lump in that area can penetrate into deeper parts and may require medical treatment or surgical excision depending on the severity on physical examination. Hence I would request you to visit a general physician/surgeon for this at the earliest for an optimal treatment
