I had the honour to attend the concert in Munich. And I can tell you in the category „young talented musicians playing their debut Album“ I can only remember Lenny Kravitz presenting Let Love Rule in 1989 which left me impressed and happy like Cardinal Black! I was watching this episode on release day at about 7:00 pm, 10 seconds in i had to pause to take a look at the tour dates when i realized if i get in my car right now i can make it to the show in aflenz (2 hour drive). Amazing show in a small venue (which are my favorites), standing in front of Chris's amps was mindblowing. What a great player, what a great band! Super nice guys as well, got my album signed, shakehands and a little chat, left with a big smile on my face and the impression, that this truly was one of the best shows I've seen in a loooong time!

Man, I can't get enough of your soloing chops and CB's songs. In the 70's you'd already be filling up Stadiums ;) Please come to play in Paris, I'll be front and center ;)

The rest of the band is sounding great the drums and bass kick it. Cool bass runs Chris wouldn’t sound half as good without them.

It probably feels like quite a journey for you and I imagine along the way it's like slogging along through an unending bog, especially in contrast to the soul blessing joy of doing what you've been created to do in some form of another each day. Just know that your fans see and appreciate your hard work and we are all so thankful for you "runnin' down your dream" as you carry us along for the ride. My wife and I saw you in Cork while visiting Ireland in spring of 2023. Small intimate venue and despite a rampaging flu bug in the band you guys pulled of a stellar show with all the energy you could possibly have mustered. What a great insight into life on the road for CB . I’d heard that touring Europe post Brexit is tough going between countries and cops etc not interested in some t shirts and merch to calm them down . Van must have been sitting down low for the cops to notice , trust me it happens in the U.K. too . Glasgow gig last year was best of my year and looking forward to two gigs this year . Don’t ask me to sing along as punters will run screaming into the street !! Chin up , kick ass 👍

I toured Europe with my band in 2005 in a van with another band. Was a great few months. Any days off we would go play a pub or even an internet cafe for a little extra cash to get by. It was rough and ready but a great experience.

Wow Interesting to see that you do a lot of your own hard work carting equipment into gigs and setting up the stage. I guess it is only really the mega global bands that have everything done for them in advance I'm in a band that plays small pubs, and we generally - from leaving home, to getting home - spend 6 to 8 hours on a gig and it seems it's not just bands like us that have to cart all our equipment in and out of a gig... Well done for showing the reality, even though you are a well known guitar celebrity with a band that tours Europe, and plays venues like The Albert Hall (something I would have to have a Lottery win to fund myself - and only 20 people would turn up) ;-)

Every bar I've played in that neared that size I always get told my little 1x12 18W amp is too loud, can I turn it down. Chris shows up with dual 4x10 amps and cranks them. Just love it. The dichotomy between what a local cover band has to deal with versus a real act at a venue. This looked like great fun. Hopefully you can manage a tour and get near to Chicago in the USA, that would be great! Can't recommend Fitzgerald's more, going to see Bros Landreth there next month and it's a great small/big venue like this one.

That's a great little venue. Every town should have at least one venue like that. Sadly, that's not the case in the UK and it seems we're losing those that we do have.

This brings back the sheer enervation I felt from 50 years of playing in various club bands. Humping your own gear, odd shaped stages, iffy PAs, unhelpful sound guys, arrogant local impressarios, non-existent promotion, surprising electronic fails, forgotten equipment, broken strings and machine heads, disgusting green rooms etc. But then...the MUSIC!

Got your CD as an import, when you get to America local union stage hands will do your load in and out, at least the 2500 seater theater I was a maintenance guy for did. It was a dream of mine to tour as a musician. My bands and I never were good enough. It's super interesting to watch what you do every day. Even with the difficulties you guys had, I'm still slightly envious of the play and travel. Great tones by the way. The two fender amps were glorious. Bring back a strat though!
