In a Resilient Lady was completing her return journey from Australia, as we were on our Transatlantic crossing, resulting in the oldest and newest Virgin Voyages cruise ships meeting for the first time!
In this video, we relive and share the vibrance and unforgettable memories of when Scarlet Lady, and Resilient Lady met up off the coast of Spain, where they sailed along together, and sounded their horns, before Resilient Lady steamed off into the distance.

So good wasn’t it?! You guys definitely had the better view though as the sun was behind you, so it shone on our ship. Yours looked amazing but was in the shade :(

When did that occur? I had hoped to sail with Resilient Lady out of Sydney, but they sailed the day before I arrived. As a result I took two sailings on the Celebrity Edge. Thinking about the Scarlet Lady transatlantic in May 2025. Do you recommend?

Yeh as Tracey said, it was on 3rd May 2024 (day 13 into our transatlantic). We always recommend Virgin - we love them! As long as you’re ok with a lot of sea days, you’ll have a great time :)
