I mean pretty sure she has issues with her look and not just because she’s went under the knife. I recall in the BTS video for their MV ugly, she was literally crying in a car over the lyrics, if I’m not mistaken. YG (and by extension K-Pop in general) I think really have caused her emotional pain (let alone she had issues with that before she became an idol). I wouldn’t doubt if she is really crying her. I barely cry, so sometimes I look kind of like this.

Not all idols fake cry tho. I don't know but for me 99% of the time I can always tell when idols are genuine and when they are faking emotion. It comes easy to me but maybe thats cause I am more on the intuitive side of the spectrum so I am very observant when it comes to body language and feelings, and trust me the body never lies.
