@DrewPeacock the white VW you saw is the SEL Premium R-line Arteon . 2.0 4 cyl with the Golf R turbo. 300hp, 7 speed DSG transmission. not many are on the road due to the fact they are about 54K MSRP - a friendly VW sales consultant

That and VW marketed the vehicle poorly as no one seems to have even heard of it. I own one and it’s one of the nicest vehicles I’ve ever owned and super smooth and stable at high speeds. Sadly people think it’s a Passat when they ask me about it and have no idea that VW made it.

@@ShodakonFury yeah I totally agree with you, in the last year I have probably seen about 5 of them outside of being at the dealership. Also, VW is discontinuing them making the 2024s the last year. They are replacing it with the ID.7 which will highly resemble the Arteon but fully electric.

I can top this. A car show where where most of the trucks are square body chevys and the only difference between them is the paint used on them bcause thay are all customized the exact same way. Lowered with a LS engine, a new interior and the same LMT catalog ordered wood bed. Signed-Richard.

Tbh oem is only cool if its old and clean af. Like a low mile clean stock 240 those are getting rare. Personally i recently got a 1990 f150, wheels tires, paint, painted frame and all, leveling kit, true duals, and a cam. I think its Kinda cool cause u dont see them in prestine condition very often. Not much to em so it was a really low budget build, kinda uncommon cuz its a manual 351 4x4 shortbed.
