I once used a Mekk-Knight deck in Master Duel. People could not seem to figure out how Spectrum Supreme worked. So long as it's not linked, it can't be targeted or destroyed; I had one guy try two destruction effects and a target effect. Someone else tried to target Spectrum Supreme with Starving Venom, which didn't work so they basically burned the turn.

Something similar happened with me and an exodia deck I used, where I had legendary exodia incarnate, and I swear one the same turn they tried 3 different effects to get rid of it(destruction, banish, and return to hand).

Main RDA but still see some RDA player still using Red Resonator, mostly Asia. They honestly could've won if they used Crimson Gaia to get Absolute Powerforce, used it, and it'd be Solemn but they could just wait a turn instead of attacking and get it again. Final edit: I had one duel where my opponent used the 'unaffected' Blackwing (was a generic deck) using a material that made it so it couldn't be destroyed by battle, so I opted for RDA+Absolute Powerforce until they realized it was only a few turns before their life points were at zero.

I met a swordsoul player during tri event and that guy definitely didn't read what Nightmare magician effect Which, if these cared battle against opponent monster, take control of it Guess what, he attack my Nightmare Magician with his Baronne and i take controls of synchro bosses and when he try to use chengyi effect, i negate it with Baronne effects causing him surrender I really had good laugh when some player didn't read nightmare magician effect and decided to attack it

I would have probably used one the archfiends to bring out bystial des pater which would have let me negate that final negate, but even if that wasn't the case just having red supernova out is a massive threat, i don't think he needed to ragequit

The big boss fusion doesn't destroy monsters in battle - it instead negates the other monster and sets its ATK to 0. I'd never realized that also applies defensively. Usually it's used to OTK - it can multi attack like Chimeratech Overdragon, but has a way to guarantee weak monsters to beat over
