In my opinion after playing D/D/D this seems fine as you can not mess up you must play smart and have at least 1 or 2 D/D back row cards to be in a decent spot But the moment you get 2 or 3 big D/D/D monsters out its smooth sailing

I mean when you go first what other board is it? FTK?

Honestly. It's because the deck relies on itself instead of the broken enablers like adventurer engine, Halqdon combos, Anaconda or all the generic extra deck boss monsters to the job for them

Hello there! I'm trying to built a D/D/D deck myself. So far I have seen people alternate between wind king alexander and fire king genghis. Might I ask which one you use at your deck and for what reason?

@@Wilson-qf9sg are you saying you are deciding between high gust king Alexander? Or just Alexander? With little Alex he has a resurrection ability to help you get more fodder on the board; same with big Alex. However, big Alex typically acts as a beat stick. In terms of the Ghengis; you want to run two little Ghenghis in order to be able to go into big Caesar as well as their floating effect and resurrection effect; and you want to run big Ghenghis for his negate and resurrection ability. Also, big Ghenghis is, in my opinion the easiest to get on the board. Me, personally, don't run either Alexander currently because I use Bright Armageddon for protection.

@@joel2628 Thanks for the explanation! Just looked up Bright Armageddon, its effect is pretty great! So do you mainly focus on pendulum and synchro for your D/D/D deck or is it a mix of fusion, XYZ, etc. like on the video?

@@Wilson-qf9sg so, extra deck is a bit more fusion heavy. I run two synchro monsters, Siegfried (because duh), and usually one other depending on the strategy I deploy. Right now, I'm running Bright Armageddon because he fits in with my Doom King Deus strategy pretty well. Sometimes I might switch to big Alex when I want to get more bodies on board more quickly.

Usually D/D/D and D/D savant cards are named after great scientists while, many D/D/D cards are named after great warriors or leaders. Many D/D monsters are mythical beasts

@@Cloud-yh5pw Before the new support arrived, I was able to use the deck pretty well (it was usually the big Alexander OTK strategy) Now I’m going to have to learn some new combos & alter my deck list

Siegfried is most definitely a staple in D/D/D. Unlike a lot of other negate monsters, he's one of the very few that can play around forbidden droplet cuz he targets a spell/trap.

The beauty of Siegfried's negate is that it doesn't give a damn about chain links. You can even negate Dark ruler or droplet with the right setup just like Hot RDA abyss
