@@SAGA You know one thing we keep overlooking when we say to ban cards? An alternative is giving cards erratas. Maxx "C" can have it's effect re-written to be more strict, like requiring cards from its archetype on the field or in the graveyard, or having a limit to how many maximum cards it will allow you to have in your hand before it stops working.
