He HAD to activate second Solemn though. With him having 2 level 8s on board he'd have gone into some degen XYZ and attacked Gamaciel for game anyways. He lost no matter what.

​@@MurasakiTsukimaru No, he's right... but only assuming he could actually make the xyz. He has to activate the first solemn, or those two lava golems would no longer belong to him. That puts him at 4000. Draglubion can summon a 9000 atk numeron dragon from that position, that's game without even taking into account lava golem. However.... he had no way of knowing orochi was the last card. For all he knew, it was an ash or something. And he could have waited for confirmation by just using it on the Draglubion instead. It was possible he could have come back though. If he topdecked a book or droplet he could have used it in draw phase. Although the latter only worked because his opponent summoned orochi, and he didn't have to.

@@IamGrimalkin Yeah, he probably summoned orochi just cuz he wants to show the last card on his hand to the opp. It's unnecessary but also not too likely to be punished. Either way, that game was pretty lost no matter what, It was his bad luck to make an endboard that's mainly monster focused against 2 lavas + kaiju.

acuallty? either way he would had lost. he would had to choice to negate owner seal or negate the other card. if he negated the seal card. he would had to deal with the other card and still lose. if he didnt negate seal. he would had gotten otk. even if that werent the case and 4k lp and then on that turn 2k. if he didnt draw a monster. he could revive the snake and would only get attacked like 2 times. so it wouldnt be enough lol

Would work (Book would too), but he then has to either link/synchro off the second lava golem or OTK that turn. Which might be actually be quite hard given he's' burned through most of his extra deck.

@@IamGrimalkin they can bring back majestic with rose maiden effect for the swing. They is likely to otk that turn if they manage to get rid of the golem with droplet or something, sadly they don’t draw the out like their opponent

@@Otaku_Love-c3r True yes but that is a card that is not very useful in most other duels since 99% (except Kaiju cards) of other situations since most decks fully rely on special summoning from the extra deck to get their boss monsters. You are right however to say that would probably work.

@@lordfrieza3792 any effect that prevents special summoning stops it too, any of the barrier statuses (minus the fire one obviously).

@@jk844100 That would be much better ye. You would need to buff it with battle/card effect immunity somehow considering barrier statues all have very low stats and I could also deal with that would be any instant destruction spells like black hole, fissure, smashing ground. I usually run at least 1 or 2 of those but my lava golem deck has like 5 or 6.
