I have never fasted so much this year. In January I fasted for 24 days. As a result a covid19- afflicted sister woke up from her coma after 10 days. And she recovered miraculously.

He has been abusing drugs for 7 years and been very unwell. I am desperate for God to save him. Thankyou for your prayers they mean a lot🙏🏻❤️✝️

@@danielapearls1491 same thing happened to my son, but it was a father of a kid my son played with when he was a kid. My son just told me this last year and my son is 34 years old and has been struggling with drug addiction for years. He has used every drug you can imagine so by the grace of God he is still alive. It's so sad how drug addiction not only destroys the life of the user but alllllll their family as well. I pray your son calls out to God with true humility and repentance so that The Lord can change his life from the inside out. God bless you. 🙏

@@utube0372 my heart aches for you. For all us mothers and for our sons. Its so evil for someone to do these terrible things to others. My neighbours son was molested by an elderly man down the road, they thought he was harmless:( 30 years down the track and her son has refused to have children due to the abuse. satan comes to rob, kill, steal, destroy but Jesus came to give life and life more abundantly. We continue to weap before Gods throne of grace. We are not alone. God cares. God said to me one day that both His children rebelled, Adam & Eve, yet He is the perfect parent. We have free will. We must not blame ourselves. God saw our children being molested and He did not intervene as if He intervened on everyones sin He would be telling us all off, day and night. All of us have only to cross to save us. I will keep you in my prayers. Watch the testimonies of others to encourage you. You are loved and as mums we pray for one another and our sons. God bless you🙏🏻❤️✝️

Fasting for at least 24 hours twice a week from food will change your lives. Give food up for 48 hours every week and pray to the Lord and praise him every time u get hungry knowing he is what we need and not food. Choose the Lord over food and you will see more guidance than ever before. Yahweh is faithful to all who follow his truths.

When I fast, I've been advised to consult with my doctor first. I did not know how to respond to that... until recently. Now I will respond... "I did consult with my Doctor and He told me it's perfectly fine for me to fast. In fact, my Doctor fasted for 40 days in the wilderness, successfully resisting all temptation!"

I watched while I fasted and prayed for 2 days and one night asking God to change the heart of a person who had shut down a food service for the homeless. He did it! What a faith builder!

My Brothers and Sister read this 17]So when you fast, wash your face and make yourself look nice. [18]Then NO ONE will KNOW you are fasting, except your Father, who is with you even in private. He can see what is done in private, and he will reward you. So whoever keeps saying they fasting in comments is a pharasee. must read the word inhale it and practice what we read no one needs to know for the FATHER will reward you in private. You messing up your reward is all I'm saying. Amen

I have known for many years that fasting gets u break throughs. I went on a 13 week fast with a group of others in my prayer circle. Many had praise reports. As for me I had never fasted so long 6 weeks was the longest. I was attacked repeatedly at work, in my finances, relationships with family, my car went down I was threatened with a garnishment. Depression & anxiety overwhelmed me & my physical health was under attack. This is week after my fast ended. I fought & won the garnishment. My car is STILL down but I have transportation to work. I did receive some overtime hours next month. The woman tormenting me & others at work has been silent & still lately. My physical health is bearable but my anxiety & depression I am STILL battling. I firmly believe my efforts were NOT in vain. I KNOW my break through is near and I am standing in faith waiting 4 my financial and emotional break through. My family seems more united there is one member I am still uncertain about but I know God WILL work it out!

Even Jesus didn’t fast for that long.Although I know that the devil will tempt you during a fast I believe that fasting for that long obviously weakens you and let’s the devil in much easier.

You shouldn't have Had to fight your garnishment issue AFTER your fast, something's not right here, different crosses are put in our lives for a reason to teach us certain things, and some things are there bcz we didn't make the right spiritual choices, depression is a demonic Attack BIND it ! We're told we'll suffer for the cross of Christ, l suffered for 35 yrs but finally now things are really improving, you can't, shouldn't even try to fast away what trials are sent you, Acts 14:22 through many trials & suffering shall we enter the kingdom of heaven, Jesus suffered who had No sin, Hebrews said: he was perfected through suffering the word Also says : a believers enemies are the members of his own household, another says: if you love a son or Daughter more than me you're not worthy of me, we're here to work out our salvation, don't fast without the guidance of the Holy spirit first, & check with him if this is required for you're specific request,? 💙

All your experience shows is that the enemy has been very comfortable in your life and your actions have made him very uncomfortable! Pharaoh will hardly let you go! So keep pushing. "Resist the devil and he will flee from you" Glory to Jesus! We have victory! You have victory! Amen. Remember to study the word to attack each difficulty according to the will of God. Some challenges we speak DIRECTLY TO, some we solve by giving/charity, some we cry out to God. Let the word lead you!

@@Balling4Jesus Jesus fasted for 40 days. After his fast he was attack by Satan, but that didn't stop his from believing his God. When the attack is heavy, because you hit the enemy on the head and they are retaliate. That's a good thing, don't feel down, continue to trust your God. The devil work is to make you loose hope, so he attack you because he knows you're suffering from depression and you keep claiming depression in your life, which is not good. he messing with your mind. Remember Jesus said resist the devil and he will flee from you. You resist him by saying the word of God. Example if the devil make you feel your fast is in vain, tell him, God said he will never leave me nor forsaken, all things works for my good. Who can declare a thing in my life and it come to pass when my Lord has not ordain it.

I Fasted for three days. On the third day i had a dream and God answerd me. I saw a man like a teacher in front of a classroom, he turned hes face towards me and said God is going to transform You. Its true, the only key to hear from God is thru fasting. Praise God

@Barbara Freeman Nonsense, any person with a normal diet and level of exercise who looks after themself can easily fast for up to 5 days...this is a typical Western notion that we MUST eat every few hours and is actually the cause of many issues...

Fasting breaks chains that cannot be broken otherwise! I always wait for the Holy Spirit when en how to fast, and He helps me during the fast. He helped me to fast for 40 days this year, I am very grateful for that. The Lord will make way where there is no way!

@@jutkafarkascatchthef you got this (whatever time you choose your choice with your knowledge). have some pink salt in water. it helps make you not feel faint. This is the time too to be busy and you forget you are not eating.

I was beginning a 40 day fast last week and immediately I came down with acute bronchitis. I am still recovering but I learned that the enemy truly hates fasting, he attacked me so hard, I have not been this sick in over 10 years. I will fast even more once I recover by God's grace mercy.

Fasting is very powerful, Jesus also fasted, it connects us more intensely with God, we become more receptive, it opens our ears and eyes, and it is a sort of praise to The Lord, which is powerful in every way, maybe the most through worship songs- music goes farther than our words, as with all of this: We must speak with our hearts. One of the most powerful things to fast from is social media. Turn of your phone, pc, and tv, and just be with Him for some days, maybe a weekend when you are free from work, Study, pray, sing, expect Him to be with you every second, and ask Him to what’s on His Heart- He loves to share with those who asks and stay with Him, not only some hours but willlive close to Him, and talk to Him every day. He throughly is like a good Father that loves you. ❤️🕯🙏🏻

Thank you for your encouraging message. I am finding it difficult to pray when there is a lot on my mind, like today I gave up but did on worship songs. I have battles in my head, with bitterness and anger. I know the LORD is faithful and He will help me.

I resent _____ because ___ it affects my (self esteem, security, ambitions, personal relations, sex relations, financial) Then pray this prayer. "God, help me to see them as sick, like myself. Help me to show them the same tolerance, pity, and patience I would carefully Grant a sick friend. Show me how I can be helpful to them. We cannot be helpful to all people, but at least God will show us how to take a kind and tolerant view toward each and everyone. Putting out the mind the wrongs others have done we resolutely look for our own. Where were we selfish dishonest self-seeking or frightened? I'll guarantee this will take your resentments away. Can we ask God to remove our defects of character or sin and go make amends to them if need be or to god or whom ever we hurt... Only if it won't hurt them or others I do burnt offerings to god, direct amends if I need to. These are the steps by which we can live in harmony with god self and others.

True. Was on missionary journey for 7 mths. Was fasting and praying till the holy spirit of God accomplished miracles and healings. I was on spiritual warfare. God even canceled a court hearing. I arrived in my country before the outbreak of coronavirus in 2020. Praise God.

I normally fast sweets, cakes, chocks. I normally indulge in these foods. I eat one normal meal then have fruit after or a small amount of sweet bun. I pray the Lord helps me as I have a sweet tooth 🙏🏽

Ese77, I appreciated you sis. Since I stumbled on his videos including how he became God's holy teacher of words of God, I was completely contented and satisfied with his holy works. Whenever I listen to his recorded preachings, feels calm, changed and very informed doubtlessly. He was called while studying Bible in army barrack in Northern Africa during Second world war in 1940s as he testified. He was really chosen among others by the living God to turn people to his way. If Iam not reading my Bible, he is an alternative Bible to me. Others wise, thanks Ese77 Ajala. May God bless you too.🕊️🙏

@@anitamendez9987 fast a meal no drink no food maybe at lunch. Eat a good breakfast designed for a diabetic no lunch and talk to God about all thats in your heart. Then eat dinner later on until God give you specific instructions. This will set you free my friend.

I believe this with all my heart. I did a 40 day fasting an it was amazing praying for the salvation of the souls and at the end I heard the voice of God calling my name and the last day He said wake up the time is now prepare your family and my two daughters that same day came to Jesus Christ and little by little all my family members came to the the feet of our beloved Jesus Christ. Now I fast sundays for the salvation of souls and love for the souls.

This music brings tears to my eyes. God is wonderful, I can’t thank him enough. People who know me and my husband in our area. They know what we have been through and how long it took us to be successful and where we are at the moment. If you are familiar withe scriptures, I mean the word of God you can tell that Jesus always talked about destiny helpers and I met mine 6 years ago.. I met Mr Andrew in a church seminar 6 years ago. He is a young man with a good heart. God used him to change my life and the lives of people around us. It was a huge step we took and we do not regret it. I always talk about him everywhere pardon me. If you are out there and loosing hope I want you to know that God has plans for everyone of us. i feel my story should encourage a lot of people. Just after concluding my annual fast last year. I felt the prompt to go on a Daniel fast. My flesh's first reaction was, I couldn't possibly go through that! But the Holy Spirit empowered me. I got one of my greatest deliverance in the course of that fast. God loves us and knows exactly what we need.

Fasting is not difficult if you persevere. Build it up hour by hour . First miss breakfast or leave it till and hour or two later . Then just gradually extend it by 30 mins even . Start eating something light at 4.00 for example. One day a week or longer for something special . K

I was advised by someone to eat before 9 then not to eat until after 5 when starting out. That was hard and sometimes still is. Still very powerful and God is faithful. The Holy Spirit is the one who said to me "fast." There are different fasts and let the Holy Spirit lead.

@@isabelladevotedtogod1968 Yes I would do what you find easiest. I found it easier to make breakfast later and later , it's now usually 12.00 . I finish eating by 8.00pm . But I'm not working, if I were perhaps your approach would be better . Either way it's best to build it up,gradually, and it's better when you dedicate it to God . That makes a huge difference, it's anointed then , so you are stronger. If you are doing intermittent fasting for keto it's quite different. I do both . God bless Kay

I have by the power of the Holy Spirit done all the fast 40days i fasted 33days with water and 7 days with 3 cups of Rooibos tea .and also did 3 ...7 ...14. 21 ..and 40 ...wenever i want to fast i start to pray first. And i adk God to lock the bowls of my tummy and my taste buds so that i can fast and i say to the Lord u choose the day Lord ...and the next day wen i get up i have no desire for food ..all glory to God ..for God sed not by might not by power but by My Spirit says the Lord

If you have a weak constitution and fear you can’t manage a fast, I can testify that God will strengthen your body to allow you to live without food. I’m breastfeeding my baby and prior to coming to Christ I tried to lose weight; I would always shut down due to low blood sugar, have the shakes and cold sweats after around 18h without food. It was physically impossible for me to fast any longer because I would be on the verge of fainting and I’d feel like death. As I’m typing I’ve been fasting for 48h through the power of Christ and I feel perfectly fine! All the glory goes to Jesus of course, I asked Him to strengthen my body so I’d be able to fast and He delivered!

Please - your baby only has one chance to grow each day You might be fine - but not your baby! I teach breastfeeding and much. More... I hope you understand I’m an RN MIDWIFE. -the weight you are supposed to gain in pregnancy is a different kind of fat from which babys’ milk is made. You will loose weight as you feed and the baby uses it own fat/milk. Don’t think God is pleased. Please humble yourself Be the great mom God made you to be. Fast something else Like tv or whatever is something that will ‘cost’ you. Maybe it internet or do something for someone else. (Just little FYI- babies teeth are formed during pregnancy Adult teeth are forming right now - for the rest of your babies life, those teeth are dependent on you thinking more about baby than yourself to provide all the nutritional needs - THATS just One item - there’s hundreds more. You know the devil is the great deceiver. I wonder if GOD HAS TREMENDOUS BIG PLANS FOR YOUR BABY BUT IF the devil knows how badly you want to fast- how clever - what a clever way to destroy your child’s future by depriving now- while developing essentials get this ONE CHANCE!!! Clever deceitful devil No, my dear, God is not helping you do wrong. He is please with your desires. I believe He sent me to warn you. I wasn’t even watching this and your comment popped up- anyway - Just to tell you how What YOU eat affects baby- there was a mum who ate hot curries while pregnant- but when she breast fed- she carried on and the milk reflected the hot spices. When the child was a toddler, she could eat hot 🥵 curries just like her mum. What you eat DOES MATTER God has given you that precious life - give it your all And be the most wonderful mum that child could ever hope to have👍🏼 PLEASE THINK ABOUT THIS !!!

I believe eating a keto diet for at least a few weeks prior to your fasting will help a great deal with the low blood sugar problem which often plagues people when they first try to fast. Once your body becomes used to burning fat for energy instead of carbs, your blood sugar will remain stable and you will find fasting a lot easier. Another tip is to take half a tsp of salt, along with a magnesium supplement and a potassium supplement if you get a headache. The magnesium glycinate form of mg is more easily absorbed. You can always take an ibuprofen as well, if you need it.

I second the ketogenic diet a few weeks prior, and adding magnesium, sea salt or potassium supplements to water. In fact, I would imagine that water in Jesus’ time came from mineral rich clay soil, whereas now we may need to add minerals. It helps greatly. I would not suggest taking an NSAID. Perhaps for headaches add salt water and electrolytes first, then perhaps turmeric? Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you for what you need.

@@KR-os6nn When you first start eating a ketogenic diet, you will get that fasting headache, also called the "keto flu." It's not as bad as having the flu, but the ibuprofen can be helpful during this stage. Once your body is adapted to the keto diet, I would think the fasting headache will be gone and you will be able to fast without the misery of the keto flu. The first time I tried to fast, I didn't know any of this stuff and I felt horrible. I had a headache all day and nothing would make it go away. After 23 hours, I ate dinner and went to bed. So I think eating keto for a few weeks is the key to easier fasting.

Just like a "Divine arrangement" I stumbled on this message and I was already on my THRICE IN A WEEK FASTING PRAYING WITH THANKSGIVING" I gathered more spiritual knowledge & WISDOM about what am doing. I hv promised GOD to keep Wednesday; Thursday & Friday ALL D DAYS OF MY REMAINING thanking & praising him. I discovered so many advantages amongst them was that I was able to put my lust for food under control. Secondly rapid answer to prayer; quick direction for where to turn & thirdly among others advance information & revelation about anything EVEN without my asking. However am ALWAYS SENSITIVE to d spirit & I obey without blinking or raising a finger. Bros & Sis. try it there are too many blessings etc. etc. that awaits any who humbles; pray & fast. I was once a Moslem; now born of water & d spirit. I regretted years wasted in d unknown darkness. PRAISE d LORD - Halleluyah.

@@madj7152 , it’s according to how the holy sprit leads you. I eat very well the day before, then do a day or 2 or 3 water only .

The Lord blessed me with eyes to see in 2020. After I fasted for a week ( water only). The unveiling also became incredibly PERSONAL. Even my dreams became tangible. Mind blowing experiences. Thank you God.

A humble person is a growing person who is quick to read, invite feedback, and ask good questions. A humble person is at peace with themselves and others. Humility embraces contentment and simplicity. It doesn't need to have the nicest or be the best.

However long the Holy Spirit leads. Some times I eat one meal a day. Some time a whole 24 hours, sometime 3 days. Some times I may go a week. I usually drink water .

Thank you for these words! I feel that fasting helps cleanse the man-made chemicals and agents in our bodies which “dumb-down” the systems of our body creating fatigue and complacency. I believe fasting will restore my natural health and processes and I will eat of the word of God. It will sustain me. These are just my thoughts today while watching. Blessings!

Yes! Fasting clears man-made preservatives that were not originally meant to be in our food. Simply vegetables and water... and no solids at all for 16hrs a day. Began June. Continuing all summer as The Dormision Fast is August 1-15th. And on the tenth day of my fast, GOD ANSWERED a longtime prayer was answered : SCOTUS issued Constitutionally strong rulings for the life of the unborn, for keeping and bearing arms, for prayer in schools 2 chron 7:14 God is healing our land.

I fasted corporately for 21 days, eating in the evening, just after recovering from covid omicron in December into January. Im now trying to fast every Wednesday as it is so valuable. Praise God for a wonderful key and thanks to Derek Prince for his sermons. 🙏🏼👏🏻

I been fasting & praying almost all this month of August, 21, mostly for my sister in law Ibtisam ( Abby ) who is is diagnosed with cancer, I'm fasting & crying to my Lord & savior to intervene in His mighty name I ask amen

In Jesus name may she be healed. Make sure she is fasting too. Cancer cannot grow if it does not have the fuel. Make sure she is also not eating any sugars, as sugar causes cancer to grow.
