8.42am - 2nd Oct 2021. i just finished my workout. I wake up at 6am feeling like shit and dont wanna do anything I’ve been doing. I feel like i just wanted to give up. But i stumbled upon this video. Went whole hour of workout listening to this. Thank you for this

I was sitting on the machine for shoulder raises and I glanced In the mirror and seen I had that deadpan look like Chris. I understood the why he was so great at that point. How many times he did that before he was filmed… keep it up, buddy. See you at a show in 5years :)

I get up at 5.00 am in morning go to gym then after coming fm gym go to work which takes 1.5 hrs. In office after 9 to10 hrs come back. Have food and sleep around 12.00 night. This is going on for past 20 yrs. This is life.. bodybuilding is my passion though I am a handicap person.

Needed this. Been on a downward slope of late eating my emotions. Have lost 100 lbs in 6 months currently about 250 to 253. Still want to lose 30 to 40 lbs. almost nearing my target and I feel as though I’m giving in. Just have to power through and not let my emotions out of hand.

I'm bullied at my job every day. I workout I quit smoking my parents don't understand me I live in a crap apartment and I'm told I'm not a welder or a weight lifter. I genuinely am trying hard not to quit but the other day I wound up almost punching my coworker in the face. This life style is hard. I went from Texas to new jersey came back got a job apartment quit smoking all on my own yet everyone is treating me like a crappy person. All I wanted was respect. And I feel useless

Speaking from experience steroids play with your head. He speaks out about his experience of anxiety and crying. Depression. Well, yes those are real emotions all men face, just as women do. But the gear he takes exacerbates those emotions. Testosterone alone increases anxiety. Tren and EQ are the worst for anxiety. Deca, makes you an emotional mess. Crying all the time. I respect the effort he made and the hard work. But take what he says with a pitch of salt as if not for the gear he wouldn't be faced with such an emotional rollercoaster.
