Ingredients:
FILLING
- 500g potato
- 100g onion
- 100g red bell pepper
- 2g salt (1/2 tsp)
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 20g scallion
- Black pepper
WRAP
- 200g flour
- 3g salt
- 5g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500g milk
- 20g oil
COATING
- 3 eggs
- 30g flour
- Bread crumbs
