I've only ever seen them wild though & wild interbreeding is extremely rare so I've certainly never seen one. @@mehere8038 Actually, there are more than two types of rosella! This is coming from an Australian, and we do have many types. Of course there's the Crimson and Pale Headed rosella, but there is also the Eastern and Western Rosella! Looking at it, this one seems to be the western one, due to the lack of a chest/body patch (of which seems to usually be yellow). There are also gender differences between females and males for the Western, the one in the video is a male (bright colours), while a female Western is more of a mottled green.

These are amazing creatures. My sisters cockatiel was in a shoe box in the rear of a Greyhound bus for a 12 hour trip necessitated by a mid trip auto accident. I had some good laughs with this compilation of birdie fun. They have so much talent and intelligence. Spanish speaking bird! Climbs into cabinet and claims to be trapped. 😂

Most of these are REALLY great!!!! A few were too long & boring, but overall what a great compilation :) Btw to the last lady, parrot got it, you don't want to play "peak a boo", that's why he asked you if you wanted to play "peak a peak a peak a boo" or "peck a peck a peak a peak a peak a boo" :)

8:14 I'm worried about that Bird. Can Macaws eat Tomatos? At least Cockatiels can't. I know, we didn't see what happened afterwards, but if I saw correctly, the Beak touched the Sauce and if it cleans its Feathers afterwards, it might ingest it😕

Yes they can as long as it’s not a lot. My parrot ate everything Except seed mix. He would only eat one certain type of sunflower seed and then got a saucer plate with fruit veggies and dinner. He loved watermelon would even lick the plate lol. Also mac n cheese and he would try to steal soda from my cup.

not really, there's no paper in nature. I've been working on teaching mine to enjoy paper, but it's not natural to them. Favourite thing for my girl is popping bottlebrush seed pods off their branch. She'd do that all day if she could. She also sometimes enjoys shredding really soft bark & is going through a faze of really enjoying ripping apart banksia cones. My boy just likes to watch birds on tv & if that's not available will settle for watching them out the window & also digging & scratching on the floor of their cage & trying to rip up all the grass, except the grass is fake, which annoys him, if it was real, he would LOVE ripping it all out

Majority of videos have click bait images to manipulate people into watching videos. It's really a dirty tactic by the video uploader.

My sisters cockatiel was the same way. She had named him birdy bird so of course he could talk, say his name, do all the songs but as soon as she got home he would start yelling “ come’ere Kimbirdy!” At her. Her name was Kimberly but he called her Kim birdy. He would shower with her she would hold him up by the mirror and tap out something on it with her fingernail and he would tap back with his beak. They had a relationship like me and my Merlin. Merlin was a red named Amazon
