My Dog and I have an agreement, every morning she wakes me up, and for that, she gets to "ask" for anything she wants........I don't want to be woken up, so she can "ask" all she likes, it's kind of like a contractual obligation on my part and she understands this, so she just does what she wants, like waking me up when she knows I don't want to be woken up..... so, she gets what she wants without having to "ask" for it. I love her very much.
