"used for emphasis or to express strong feeling while not being literally true" is now in the dictionary as informal usage of "literally." language evolves, like how "awful" originally, in the 1300s, meant something awe-inspiring, worthy of respect and admiration. It was only in the 1800s that it came to mean something specifically bad. And amusingly "awesome" went the other way around, when it was coined it referred to terror. Same deal with "terrific." In the 1660s, something "terrific" filled you with terror; it was literally terrifying. In the mid-18th century, "terrific" came to mean something great or severe, and by the late 19th century it had morphed into its modern meaning: excellent. And so many more examples... The usage of "literally" in the video title is accepted informal usage as emphasis. Welcome to the ongoing evolution of language. It happens even without your permission.
