MD also has the condition of Special Win if you pull Yatalock in 3 turns without interruption and with the opponent not having any cards on hand.

@@mestre12 No since Mirrorjade is just activating its effect. You can still activate effects in the GY with Necrovalley up just as long as it doesn’t try to move or change a card in it Necrovalley All "Gravekeeper's" monsters gain 500 ATK/DEF. Cards in the GY cannot be banished. Negate any card effect that would move a card in the GY to a different place. Negate any card effect that changes Types or Attributes in the GY

I'd say its more similar to izanami. Cuz the opponent gets trapped in a loop of not being able to draw and the Yata keeps returning to hand, summoning then attack over and over. Similar to what Itachi did to Kabuto. (Which I'm still salty about as a Kabuto fan lol.)

It's funny how Yata lock was demonized as completely unfair back in the day, and now we praise it due to the extreme tip in balance.

@@eonaon6914 I think you misunderstood. I meant that, in the early Yu-Gi-Oh! days, Yata lock was overpowered, but now, it's not so easy to pull off when one card can +10 from the deck, so the drastic turned table is fascinating.
