As a Libero our rules may be different, but as a Libero I or a Libero cannot hit in the distance between the net and the 10ft line

The rules are not above the net, it is that they can’t hit from infront of the 10 foot line but the rules might be different

@@dangerousduo8586 The FIVB rules are that a libero cannot attack a ball that is higher than the net from anywhere. In front of the 3m line they additionally cannot set a ball with their fingers and have the teammate spike it when it's above the net.

The correct rules are that a libero cannot hit the ball overhand when their in front of the 10ft line, if they’re behind it it is fine, a back row player in general is not allowed to jump and hit downward from in front of the 10ft line

a libero is not allowed to complete an attack (from anywhere on the court) if the ball is above the top of the net during contact but they can, however, attack so long as the ball is not entirely above the net during contact

some people wear them like that because if you slide on your knees its better there.

She hops, does not jump to above the height of the net. Similarly if she were to jump to save a ball and used two hand axe handle to play ball over as long as she remained below height of the net, it’s legal

liberos are most likely the first player to have contact with the ball on a server- receive… liberos ONLY play back row…. liberos can’t block… liberos can only attack when the ball is behind the 10 ft line… a libero is often the best defensive player on the team and is used as a second defensive specialist!

@@Crzy4volleyball It's not a rule lol you are actually supposed to set it like she did in the video if it is coming toward your face or above your head. You can hit it a different way but its better to set it if its coming at your head. But like you said its better to pass it if its below your chest.

first of all no pass is gonna be beautiful seconded of all the setter or whoever that was didn’t have very many options so she js passed it to the libero and third of all not all líberos attacks r gonna be good bcz a liberos main job is passing, not hitting

@@brii_2030 as a libero, you’re pass from a free ball to the setter should be ALOT better than that… coming from one too that pass was horrible, second, liberos can still hit, I say this cuz I do it too

@@brii_2030 she also had not many options because of the bad pass, the pass didn’t even reach the setter, and was behind the setter, making the setter run backwards w little time, instead of placing the ball high and setters area

​@@kennethsetima5776No it can be for men too, but the difference is the height in mens vs womens liberos. Mens liberos are usually tall asf and their wingspan is a bit bigger usually, like Eric Shoji whose 6ft but looks shorter.
