I killed a corrupted one in less then 20 seconds,I had the power bow with 4 attachments all having epic damage parts and had the strong arrows equipped also using triple attack on its weak spots,it did well over 4000 damage actually

HZD is the best gane ever made judging by the writting the story the plot and tge year it came out and the hardware limitations of last-gen hardware. Using the blood Odyssey crew and they are over 1000 years old with done magic unaging medicine was like wtf! Are they being serious. The Odyssey left year with basic technology and were only as advanced from humans from 2050’s. That out come is the cheapest writting to a brilliant game. Ye the combat was imporoved and the graphics if that’s your thing play another game. Horizon is deep story driven open world game that took dozens of hours to unlock the story. They estimated it could take many yeara and by then the earth biosphere would be barren and dead. So Gaia the AI and all her sub functions had their own roles in remaking the earth biosphere theough these metal animals and there a reason you find in game why gaia choose dinosaurs. The game starts in HZD as a signal was sent to activate a fail safe to wipe the earth clean again as the makers knew gaia is too compassionate to do it but the signal was sent Maliciously and gaia through many tried this waa the last chance to restart life so she clone Aloy which is actually Elizabeth Sobek the maker of ZD project and the maker of the AI gaia. And there a massive reason why humans are primitive living in tribal communities and gone back to worshiping thing like the sun and so on.

i finished forbidden west like a month ago, and that ending is stuck in my head, one of the best i've seen in a very long time, the story in both games is even comparable with metal gear solid i terms of complexity and hype

@@Nachtmare you can't be serious, zero dawn also had a ton of sci fi, i understand that forbidden west went over the top with all the sci fi thing, but it makes sense if you understand the ending of zero dawn, the only thing i didn't like about forbidden west in terms of story progression, was the whole world getting "sick" other than that, the ending was pretty cool, the whole super futuristic people was not surprise if you understood the ending of zero dawn (and the other project)

sawtooth in zero dawn can be taken down by lighting them on fire twice in very hard. (Haven't tried ultra hard myself). Don't try and fight them with arrows, just light them on fire however is fastest (i use a triple fire coiled fire bow i have just for fire arrows) and run around hiding from them or trying to light other sawtooths on fire while you wait for it to wear off... then reapply once and it is gone. I use a nora stealth outfit maxed out with stealth weaves and duck behind trees... machines forget about you REALLY fast.

I think you should try the game on the difficulty you are already on right now, When you meet the bosses without the proper training, weapons, and knowlage, you might have hard time cracking every fight, and you might get worn out, very hard is hard enough for first playthrough believe me, on 2nd playthrough go all in and play on Ultra Hard, you'll get less weapons and the economy is more rough, but you'll enjoy the challenge with the more knowledge that you aquired. The game is amazing when it opens up (you're really close to that section). Focus on the Story, it is super good! My whole channel is *Spoiler Free*, you can always come back and learn new combat techniques, I do many modded challenges you will never exprience on the vanilla game, so don't worry if you see me fight with 25 Thunderjaws or against all the machines in the game at the same time.. anyways, enjoy the beautiful game, enjoy the story, and feel free to come back anytime 🏹🦾❤️

playing ultra in fresh start is more fun than going ultra on newgame+

2 Powershots bows 🏹 fully loaded and I switch between the weapons (no need to use the weapon wheel on pc).

About the game on PC, the game actually looks much better then base PS4, as you can tell with my clips. If your niece have an okay graphics card she will have a blast in this beautiful game world.

You can see my Loadouts on my YT Shorts, I do different builds for each Boss (also I've reworked some of them for this clips since). I'm pretty sure Striker bow has higher DPS against small to medium machines, but the burst damage with Powershot is perfect on bosses with really fragile weak spots like Thunderjaw & Rockbreaker. I'm saying that because when you freeze an enemy it get stunned for a few seconds.. and you need to put all your damage in those seconds, if you miss the window, you might need to focus on better positioning and basically lose all your DPS doing so..

You realize that these things were buried for over a thousand years, right? Pretty sure it makes them so much more vulnerable as opposed to being fresh out of the factory

Well, I reload every bow before my encounter with any machine so I think everyone should do it on HFW too, especially because that loss of stamina... But implemention of Stamina for Aloy sound like a bad choice to go for from the developers anyway, considering this is an RPG game and it doesn't need that to begin with, HZD was amazing without it. Look at the challenges I'm setting up on my channel, "Aloy vs All Corrupted Machines simultaneously" could not be made with stamina bar interrupting me from dodging or reloading my bows mid combat for sure..

it was an upgrade in basically every way. Stamina is not a bad thing at all. the multi arrow hardly uses any anyways.

@@MrAR_Gaming last time I played, shooting them in the eye didn't do so much damage. It felt the same as the other parts from thr machine which is why I stopped bothering shooting their eyes....either way I'm not that great at this game. My most recent ganeplays will show.

@@1ofHenrysMen the difference is mostly big when you triple notch high damage bow, instead of 1575 damage to a Frozen body, you'll get 2100 damage to the Eyes, as you can tell this things stacks, where you could kill a Fireclaw in 6 shots, instead of 8-9 triple notched shots... (With maxed out bow)
